I found Mark at the Sunday Morning Apollo Beach farmers market. In 45 minutes he had my full set all fixed up and sharper than new. He also gave me tips to keep them that way. Mark told me he would be at the Mobil station on Cross Creek Blvd. on a Friday . We dropped the knives and a pair of scissors off and returned an hour later to pick them up.
