We specialize in practical, reality-based self-defense, authentic Krav Maga, women's self-defense, Kids Krav Maga, private lessons, corporate safety training, active violence response, workplace violence prevention, law enforcement defensive tactics, and fitness-based self-defense programs.
Our instructors are certified under internationally recognized Krav Maga organizations and bring extensive real-world law enforcement and training experience into every class. Whether your goal is personal protection, improved fitness, increased confidence, or professional safety training, Spartan Krav Maga provides structured instruction for students of all experience levels.
We proudly serve Lansing, East Lansing, Okemos, Holt, DeWitt, Meridian Township, and the surrounding Mid-Michigan communities. New students are always welcome, and no previous martial arts experience is required.
History
Established in 2011.
Established in 2011, Spartan Krav Maga has become one of Michigan's leading providers of practical self-defense and Krav Maga instruction.
Since opening, we have helped thousands of students develop the confidence, awareness, and skills needed to protect themselves and those around them. Our instructors have trained in and earned certifications through internationally recognized Krav Maga systems, including those of Nir Maman and Ron Engelman, while continuing to pursue advanced education in self-defense, defensive tactics, tactical medicine, and violence prevention.
In addition to our regular Krav Maga and Kids Krav Maga programs, Spartan Krav Maga provides private instruction, women's self-defense seminars, law enforcement training, workplace violence prevention, active violence response training, church and organizational safety programs, and customized corporate training throughout Michigan.
