Severely unimpressed. Before I even met her she had insisted on seeing my bank accounts and…read morefinancial records to verify I could "afford" a fairly cheap home and have me sign a commitment to her -- again, before we'd even met. She then tried to tie me to a contract and an artificially high mortgage rate so that she could get a kick-back from the lender. Sleazy. In real estate, the funny thing is, the good people do a lot of volume. And because they do a lot of volume, they do not feel the need to try and scheme your contracts or send you to "her preferred lender" (how laughable from a do nothing broker) for an extra $500. So people that do not do much volume, but may have "experience" as they are not young have it implied they are likely average at best and may behave badly. Look elsewhere as relationships drive real estate, and you should have someone trustworthy.

Last night, the fan stopped. None of their listed numbers worked. Went through their family member who is a friend to get ahold of them. Also made a public post on FB & tagged them. They removed the tag & blocked me, but the post is still public. When Ben (owner) called me, from a blocked number, he blamed google for the lack of phone number update. Also, refused a contact number, saying he will contact me on Monday & to have a good weekend. Says that the part is probably under warranty, & that's the reason that he can't even come look at it until Monday. It's now Saturday (our 2nd day without AC). So, I called Air On Time AC, who sent someone within the hour. The part was available & covered by our warranty (easily located by the new guy). We now don't have to swelter in this Texas heat & humidity with my health concerns & my young child for 2 more days for MQA to call back (hopefully) & attempt to fix the problem. I regret ever trusting this company based on the fact that they are extended family of a close friend. They have been nothing but difficult & uncooperative.
