We were concerned we wouldn't get much for it and/or that it wouldn't sell, but she assured us that she would find us a buyer...and she did, within 2 weeks!!!! She answered all of our questions, (day, night, weekday, and/or weekend), and was so incredibly patient and understanding. She took her time with us, cared enough to get to know us and our family, paid attention to what we wanted, and found us the perfect house! She even ran around with my 1 1/2 year old, so I could show my mom the house without being interrupted...talk about going above and beyond!!!! We sold out of trauma, but we bought out of love (as cheesy as that is), and we thank God that Shauna was able to help us do that. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone that asks.
