I recently relocated to Spring TX from Sioux Falls SD and hired a real estate agent that was…read morereferred by a friend. After several weeks with this agent, I realized that they lacked ambition and seemed to have a difficult time listening to my needs, so I fired them. I took to the internet to find a Realtor that has a web presence, experience, confidence and was professional. I chose 3 Realtors and decided I would use the first one that responded to my call. The first two Realtors that I called didn't answer their phones or even call back after the first day. When I called Skip, he answered his phone right away. I met with Skip and he was showing homes the very next day. He was very insightful and gave lots of good feedback about the area, price range, conditions and construction standards. He worked hard and found the dream home within 2 days. Skip gave all the relevant and current sales information to help determine an offering price. He negotiated diligently and based on his hard work, I purchased our home below market price and significantly below asking price. If you are considering a home purchase, I would highly recommend Skip. He gave me the tools and confidence needed to get the deal done with limited issues. (He even recommended a better lender and we saved a 1/4% interest) If you are going to sell your house, you will want Skip working for you, otherwise he might be representing the buyer and work against you. Trust us.... He is that good!
