I hired Steve for a week and a half long job on a large home in Murrieta. I was hopeful I didnt…read morehave to babysit contactors but it quickly became apparent that communication between Steve, the foremen, and I were not on the same page. Steve contracts out his work to painters and while some of them are good skilled tradesmen, many are kids that are learning the trade. The foremen's job is then to take the responsibility to make sure that their mistakes, and experience does not reflect onto Steve. There were mistakes and overspray in places that could have been better covered but the floors were left in a state where I was forced to hire another contractor to clean up after them. Steves response to the floors lack of cover, painting while while not putting down any cover and straight up lying about issues left a bad feeling with me at the end of the job. For the price that I paid I did not get the level skill and comfort that I should have gotten. I checked on the job 4 times only to find critical mistakes from the team and then treated like the trash he was unable to haul away. Steves response was to demand I pay the bill the day before we did the walkthrough and when I was still displeased he insulted my floors, saying they weren't expensive enough for him to care and told me no one would care. I care Steve, I care. The next saturday Steve showed up on site, unannounced, removed any excess paint that we might have used for touch ups and then send me a letter threatening a lien. We paid Steve, but really hope no one else has to deal with him.

Excellent Painting Service by AM PRO Painting!…read more I recently hired AM PRO Painting to paint my 4-car direct-access garage and two walk-in closets, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Their professional team did an excellent job and completed the entire project in just 2 days. The painting was clean, neat, and beautifully done. Their workmanship and attention to detail were impressive. Their pricing was also very competitive compared to other vendors I considered. I would highly recommend AM PRO Painting to my friends and family, and I will definitely use their services again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic job!

I just had an excellent experience with Miguel for painting of my rental property in Corona. What…read morestands out the most about him are his attention to detail and his drive to get the work done, these are great skills to have in a painter. This was apparent from the moment I called him, when we had a thorough discussion about exactly what would be painted - what walls, trim, doors, and spaces - to prevent confusion. I was able to get a quote from him on the phone which he honored when he saw the work in person. The work itself was professionally done - Miguel is easy to talk to and communicate with, so that when there was an unexpected issue with oil paint under an existing surface we were able to resolve it properly. Miguel was willing to work extra hours over the weekend to finish on time, even though I suggested he could take the time off. Plus he is a fun guy to spend time with. Overall a great job at a reasonable price, I already have recommended Miguel to friends and would recommend to you without hesitation!

Great work, when not faced with staffing issues. Greg, the owner, is highly personable, but can be…read morereally difficult to work with. Shaun, an employee, is really nice too, and is very good at his job, but inconsistent. I hired ProTec for two other jobs prior, and I was happy with the outcome. However, on the third job, towards the end, I was awaiting for the shipment of a murphy bed, and asked that notches be left in the baseboard for the murphy bed. Shaun convinced me that it would be better to install the baseboards after the murphy bed was built/installed, and that he would come on a weekend to complete the job. Shaun left early that day from the job, and I haven't been able to schedule a time with him since. That was over 2 weeks ago. I called Greg to follow up. He got aggressive and yelled "I'm done with you" on the phone. I said "let's try to work things out." Eventually, Greg calmed down and he agreed to call in several days with Shaun's availability. He also explained that he would charge me for the extra day, so the cost of this incomplete job went up. It has been a week since Greg agreed to get back to me. Also, scheduling is really challenging with Protec too. Greg always tells you he will get back to you on scheduling, but often forgets to and sometimes just shows up. He'll then say "either we do the job today or you'll have to wait 2 to 3 weeks," not leaving you a whole lot of options. Sometimes he will also forget what was discussed for the job. I have had to show him the itemized contract to remind him what work needed to be done. They did just hire a secretary, so maybe these are no longer issues.

Greg the owner was very professional and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He applied 2 coats of paints as promised and used the paint he said he would use. Considering how badly the paint was chipping off the wood while it was being sanded, Emily who works the office, who also was a pleasure to work with, made sure that the mess created was cleaned up once the job was completed. Since we have some frequent winds in Fontana which was blowing the chips into our pool while the work was being performed they made sure chips were removed from there as well. As a company I feel they went far beyond my expectations. Very pleased.
