Pacer either deliberately or for other reasons I may never be made aware of, has failed to contact me. Each time I contacted Pacer, I was told that only the owner, Jason, could assist me or make decisions and he never seemed to be available. My decision to potentially contract with Pacer was based on past work examples via their website which had done for many local organizations. I found the results to be impressive. It would be difficult to assume why Pacer's owner has decided to simply and completely neglect me as a potential client. Based on the caliber of past clientele displayed on their site, I can only assume I did not have enough clout or was not a cash cow. It is extremely disappointing that Jason and his staff would decide to simply never contact me. For this reason, I would find it near impossible to even suggest Pacer, let alone recommend them. Sadly, they possess all of the services I would have needed. As such, I am being forced to locate similar services from multiple businesses instead of just one which is leading to higher overall costs. If I run my new start-up in the same manner as Pacer, I will end up existing only briefly as no customer is unimportant and each one can become an advocate even if they buy nothing.

Myself, I had no experience with SEO; applying what I was learning was more difficult for me than other attendees. My only suggestion would be that an attendee have a basic knowledge about the subject being covered; and ask a lot of questions. The learning environment was optimal. The office was very comfortable and attention to details excellent. Fortunately, I was able to arrange 1:1 training with the instructor. It was incredibly helpful and I left much more confident. Not only did I have a better understanding of SEO, we were immediately able to apply what I was learning to my personal website. So here I go.. BY FAR one of the worst experiences I've ever had working with another company at any capacity. I spent close in total between an extremely poor performing automation funnel and adspend just shy of 30k. In almost FIVE whole months they were only able to produce me approx $90 in revenue all while making up every excuse in the book why they couldn't perform. Terrible work quality/communication, tons of missed deadlines, and a huge lack of accountability. Said my products are too expensive, too much competition, and every other BS reason when all of the data was showing otherwise... it's funny because on my other Shopify store in 5 months I was still able to rack up about 10k in revenue purely ORGANIC. So how is that even possible the issues were with my products which have PROVEN to sell in the past. To top it off after I fired these bozos I was told in writing I would get the rest of my retainer back... all of which was later denied by Phil unless I agreed to sign a "conflict resolution" contract. At that point I would then have the rest of my money returned back to me because they felt like I was trying to "extort" them aka in realistic terms hold them accountable for all their BS promises such as "we can crush marketing." I think he meant get crushed by "marketing." It's unreal how some people conduct business. It literally blows my MIND. After doing some research I have also come into contact with another person who feels equally ripped off by Phil and his team. In my opinion, they aren't real marketers and really have no idea what they are doing. 100% AVOID these bozos.
