I rang them to request a weekly domestic cleaner, after sending me an email to confirm all the particulars, the cleaner did not show up. Having rung them on numerous occassion to find out where the cleaner was, they eventually told me she wasn't available on the agreed date and they would send someone another day. After sending another cleaner an hour later than the agreed time the next day, a cleaner never showed up again for another 4 weeks. I took time off of work to ensure that the cleaner would be let into the building, and yet for weeks on end the cleaner never showed up, no apologies, no discounts and most importantly, no phone calls from their office to let me know what was happening.
