On top of that 1 of the cleaners upon approaching me kept complaining about the job and how it was impossible to do. Shame as I booked this company before and 1 lady did everything by herself in 5 hours. The owner of the company refused a refund or to send someone to actually carry out the job. They cost me £300 just for me to have dust and mop my house again the same afternoon.
