We absolutely love Sparkleberrys! Both of my oldest children attended during their preschool years and I have a 3rd who will definitely be attending within the next few years. The teachers are kind, patient, and genuinely care for their students. I can tell that they love their roles as early childhood education teachers. Additionally, they're very communicative with parents/guardians. I always knew what to expect because the lead teacher and owner, Jocelyn, made sure to send out monthly newsletters. She's also easy to get in touch with via email and text and is more than willing to answer questions and address any and all concerns. All of the teachers are great at communicating important dates and things to remember.
Since the preschool is in a neighborhood the drop-off & pick-up procedure can seem a bit confusing at first. However, it's very easy to get used to and after the first few weeks of school everyone adapts well to the drop-off and pick-up procedures. Given the schools location, the teachers do their absolute best to make the routine feel productive and above all else, safe. I have never once felt that my children were unsafe while going in or out of school. In fact, I have found that since Sparkleberrys is so close to other public schools in the area that the commuters are driving at respectable speeds and watching for children.
My kids have learned so much from Sparkleberrys! Some of our favorite activities and areas of academic growth include sign language, the butterfly lifecycle, apple week during the fall, the pumpkin patch field trip, the Halloween dress up party, playing outside, planting flowers in spring, creating art, and having free time. I have and always will recommend Sparkleberrys to anyone who's looking for a welcoming and warm community to begin their children's school years. read more
