I expressed my concerns regarding the cleanliness of the apartment, as well as my very limited budget. Without question, SDC did an awesome job on the unit, cut me a deal, and remained well within my budget. They also kept me in the loop on all happenings during the time of the cleaning so that I was fully aware of what to expect in terms of the final bill. When they were through, they sent me photos of the unit after it had been all cleaned. To add to all they did, they also donated services to the non-profit I work for. In a nut shell, SDC was generous, down to earth, and great to work with. They've made loyal customers out of me, and I hope to spread the word for them here in Seattle!

A number of days later she apologized for not getting back sooner and said she would send a quote on Monday. I never received a quote on that day. After several days had passed again, she finally contacted me and apologized. She finally sent a quote and we scheduled the deep clean the following week on a Wednesday. She said this would be a 7-hour clean. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the 7-hour clean. She said she was planning on being at the house around 9:30am and would provide the cleaning supplies. At 9:35, I texted her and asked if she was on her way, no response. I then left a voicemail to her also closer to 10am. Never responded back at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND, TOTALLY UNACCOUNTABLE.

I booked a cleaning with this business, talked to the owner on the phone and got a quote for $60 an hour for 3 hours. The first thing that went wrong was they booked it for the wrong day, they then corrected to the right day after I caught the mistake. The second thing was the cleaners came over an hour and a half late with no communication that they would be late. The third was that the owner had given me an estimate that it would cost $60 an hour and probably take 3hrs, meaning $180, I confirmed this pricing with the cleaners when they got there as well. But then I got their invoice and it was $400. I contacted the owner to ask why the invoice was over double what we had agreed on and was told then that it was $60 per cleaner and they had sent two. None of this was disclosed before hand. Then he continued with condescending messages about how he had never "agreed on a price" that it was just an "estimate given the description provided."
