In the world of contracting, there are 3 parameters that the contract will meet; Cost, Time and Quality. However, you can only have 2 of the 3 parameters in the contract. You can get cheap and fast...but it won't be good. You can get good and fast...but it won't be cheap. I elected for good and cheap...which meant it wasn't going to be fast. I could have opted for fast and cheap but then it wasn't going to be good. Premier fulfilled the promises and did a very professional job. It took a little longer than I anticipated but it was worth the time. The attention to detail and professional craftsmanship was evident throughout the process. The only hiccup was in the Design phase where I was not fully informed of what will be missing and what will be added. I went from a kitchen that contained 12 drawers and 1 microwave to one that now has only 5 drawers but 2 microwaves. This became evident AFTER the cabinets were installed. I need to mention that the Office manager (Mackenzie ) and Owner (Richard) went beyond the norm to insure my satisfaction and rectify the error. I highly recommend Premier Kitchen and Bath for your remodeling work but do advise you to read and approve the Design before you sign.

It wasn't just $10 dollars but it needed the full service of $58 dollars. The next 4 years, it will be basic service $10 dollars. It's explained every 5 years the fill service is required. Oftentimes, an explanation is simply needed other than to say $60 or additional $40 for in house service. In closing, if employees were to explain service better I probably would have taking it to All American. Fast forward to a little over a year later, I was having issues with my thermostat actually getting the system to keep the house at the set temperature. Mind you the service warranty had expired, they came out for free and determined I needed a new circuit board ($575) and came back today with the part to install it and charge me. It ended up being a low voltage issue under my house in another area instead of the board. Any company could've just fixed it and told me it was the board and still charged me. Since they already installed the board, they didn't charge me for it or the actual repair that was causing the issue. I HIGHLY recommend Honest air to anyone for their heating and air needs. This kind of service and honesty is hard to come by these days.
