He let me hold them and analyze each - even take pictures - while also giving me some exceptional knowledge on what to look for without once coming across as pushy. It only took a few minutes and I left with a thank you and goodbye. With that kind of friendly, knowledgeable service to someone who explicitly stated they were NOT buying, I was totally sold and went back a couple days later. Was told that it's under new management and that's the new owner would not honor anything towards the repair. I understand.... And probably would've gone ahead with the repair, but the lady I had spoken to was incredibly rude about it. She told me that if I had gotten the ring there in the first place it would've been a better quality. The original repair cost me $180 with a diamond stone replacement. I was then quoted $252 to replace it with a CZ stone.

I wear all my watch bands on the smallest adjustment. have NEVER had a bracelet not fit me. So I went to the company website reviews and saw that everyone was complaining that the bracelet was the size of a child's bracelet. So, the company is selling a basically defective bracelet that is being marketed for adult women but is the size of a child. That is disingenuous at best. They know it's too small and they continue to sell it. So my beautiful Mother's Day present is going to be returned. I asked for the money back so I could give it to my daughter to buy me something else and they refused even though I had a gift receipt. They suggested I keep it and just look at it in the box since I couldn't wear it because it doesn't fit. Never setting foot it there again. If you are looking for a give with any sentimentality to it do not shop here. I was actually shocked at such poor customer service. Their entire customer service policy is "oh well..too bad...we already have your money so we don't care". Not the reputable company I thought they were. UPDATE: I contacted someone from their corporate office and her solution was to make me pay to ship it to her in California and she will send me a check for the amount of the bracelet so this company does not care at all about customer service. Carol has a lot of in-depth knowledge both about the products themselves and the artisans who create them. Many products are made locally, and ones from further afield are carefully curated. Carol has been especially accommodating during the pandemic. She has lots of info and photos on her website (including options for online shopping and shipping), can arrange video calls for questions, and she is happy to arrange curbside pick-ups from her store.
