Was told that it's under new management and that's the new owner would not honor anything towards the repair. I understand.... And probably would've gone ahead with the repair, but the lady I had spoken to was incredibly rude about it. She told me that if I had gotten the ring there in the first place it would've been a better quality. The original repair cost me $180 with a diamond stone replacement. I was then quoted $252 to replace it with a CZ stone.

I went to try it on and it literally dug into my bone of my wrist it was so small. I do not have large wrists and have NEVER had a problem buying bracelets. I wear all my watch bands on the smallest adjustment. have NEVER had a bracelet not fit me. So I went to the company website reviews and saw that everyone was complaining that the bracelet was the size of a child's bracelet. So, the company is selling a basically defective bracelet that is being marketed for adult women but is the size of a child. That is disingenuous at best. They know it's too small and they continue to sell it. So my beautiful Mother's Day present is going to be returned. I asked for the money back so I could give it to my daughter to buy me something else and they refused even though I had a gift receipt. They suggested I keep it and just look at it in the box since I couldn't wear it because it doesn't fit. Never setting foot it there again. If you are looking for a give with any sentimentality to it do not shop here. I was actually shocked at such poor customer service. Their entire customer service policy is "oh well..too bad...we already have your money so we don't care". Not the reputable company I thought they were. UPDATE: I contacted someone from their corporate office and her solution was to make me pay to ship it to her in California and she will send me a check for the amount of the bracelet so this company does not care at all about customer service. I guess if everything goes well this store is great but if you have a problem, too bad for you. See

There were so many unique gift & decorative items that would delight many of my friends, family members and me. I wish I had taken a picture of the item that drew me in, a silver little sculpture that says "You are my sunshine," which will be a meaningful gift I can't wait to give. I also love love the glass hummingbirds that were hanging from the ceiling. There were all kinds of art here, including gorgeous fingerless gloves made from recycled cashmere. There aren't enough words to say how thoughtful & caring she is - she really listened to what I wanted & didn't push me to get a completely new setting...and the work is beautiful! Pics & video don't do it justice - it looks even better than the original - more clarity, more depth, more fire! She specializes in redoing jewelry using your own pieces & she has her own pieces as well, as she is an artist - she can often come up with a new idea that you may have never thought of!
