I received an email and phone call about who was coming out. I lucked out bc my appointment moved up to today which I really wanted anyway. Ethan and Zach were very professional and nice to talk too. I had a few areas I put my stuff at and they were fast loading. The bumper they put on the door frame was amazing because I had a couch that was pretty good size and with that on the door frame there wasn't any dents. Sorry no pictures but the service I received was 5 stars!!!

I had a ton of household items - broken furniture, some boxes, broken containers, etc. - too much for the local trash pickup. I took a trailer full to the Waste Management Okaloosa County Transfer Station. It was fairly easy. You drive the vehicle on to a scale. Pick up a safety vest. They tell you where to go to drop your stuff. Then you weigh your vehicle again on the way out. Easy enough. Be prepared, though, this place is no joke! It's an industrial area. I had a F-250 and was almost swallowed by the holes in the ground. It's wet, muddy, uneven. Wear the proper clothing. You pay by the pound. I had half a 16'x8' trailer and it was just shy of $12.

I would give zero stars if I could. We had service through Republic for years at our place of…read morebusiness. After Republic refused to remove a charge for inability to pick up a dumpster, which was NOT blocked, as the driver said it was, we ended service with Republic and went elsewhere. Not only did Republic pick up the dumpster from our shop, which we paid for as our final bill, we continued to receive monthly bills for a rental that we no longer had. After making MULTIPLE attempts at getting a hold of literally ANYONE that would actually do their job and close our account, we still keep receiving bills. The customer service phone line just keeps telling us that our sales representative would call. The dumpster was picked up in SEPTEMBER and now in DECEMBER, we STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE. This is legitimately the worst form of customer service. How Republic Services stays in business with this lack of any sort of follow through is beyond our company.
