They contracted the service out, they charged me for final payment 3 day prior, with 20% gratuity..I did not have a problem with this, except I like paying my driver in cash...The bus was 30 mins late, because the contracted company did not receive payment from Estelle Limo...So, I had to give my credit card to the contracted Party Bus driver..who was very kind.... This was unprofessional on Estelle limo, stressful for me, we lost 45 mins of our time...Estelle did not answer my calls or txt...they did finally txt me 2.5 hours later that the situation was resolved...absolutely no compensation to me...

Our driver was absolutely wonderful--he not only got us to the cruise port safely but also took the time to explain exactly where to go and what to expect for pickup after our cruise. When our flight was delayed after disembarking and we unexpectedly needed to stay at a hotel, he went above and beyond. He offered to pick us up and take us to the airport free of charge just to make sure the kids got there safely. That kind of kindness and care is so rare these days.
