I wish I could leave zero stars. This is absolutely the worst experience of my entire life…read more I had a very upsetting experience with this storage facility. When I opened my unit, I found roaches infested EVERYTHING and a hole in the unit itself, which clearly allowed pests and outside elements to get in. This shows a serious lack of maintenance and care for customers belongings. Because of these conditions, many of my personal items were damaged and ruined. Most of these items belonged to my great grandmother, who passed away unexpectedly from cancer and they're completely irreplaceable. I brought all of these issues to their attention. But the response and and resolution were not adequate given the severity of the situation. For a place that is suppose to provide safe and secure storage, this is beyond unacceptable. I would strongly consider going somewhere else to store your beloved belongings. This place just needs to shut down.
