The bottom of my laptop started popping open so you could see inside my computer along the hinge whenever I closed my laptop but was otherwise working normally. A screw was missing from the outside and another screw was rattling around inside. I took it to iFixandRepair at Walmart. They barely looked at it and told me that fixing it would be expensive, and I should go to Lenovo to have it repaired, which seemed unlikely, and I'd planned on getting at least a second opinion regardless. So I took it to BJ's All-n-One Computer Service across the street. And Ms. BJ fixed it in about 5 minutes. She removed the bottom, reinserted the internal screw into the hinge, rearranged the external screws so the missing screw was one of the less important ones, and had an extra screw to replace it anyway. Ms. BJ was absolutely fantastic, and would be the first person I'd go to for computer issues. read more
