She waves over this heavier set light skin dude with small braids or locs, and I asked him for the refund. He said they don't do refunds yet there's no sign at the entrance that says that & even if there was I've been in the building for less than 5 minutes, so why couldn't they accommodate the request when it's their fault for not having a working women's restroom or unisex bathroom with a locked door.
