The facilities are really nice and clean and love the communal spaces. However their invoicing and bill system is a total mess. Late fees, deposits, different amounts billed each month. Rejected payments for no reason. None of it makes sense or is warranted, especially late fees if I have an active card on file all the time. read more

I booked an hourly private office via the Regus app. This place is in the old Brewster's Department Store building. Very nice setup, many small semi-private cubicles. Large break/kitchen area. The attendant gave me a quick tour. My only complaint is the office itself was a bit too warm. The office I had was equipped with a huge Samsung smart board on wheels, my meeting didn't require its use, but a nice feature to have. read more

I want to share an unfortunate situation I had at the Spaces location in Napa. We've used Spaces a few times this year as a flexible meeting space. The location is well appointed, although the technology is somewhat over engineered. It takes downloading an app to do most things, (including to get a cup of coffee), which might be a deterrent for people who might not be tech savvy. My particular complaint is due to a booking I made the morning of March 7th for a meeting to take place the next week, on March 14 from 1:30 to 2:30. I made my booking online (you have to book everything online) at 9:12AM. The colleague I was meeting with decided to meet at a different time, so I cancelled the booking the same day, apparently in the afternoon. Spaces processed my cancellation at 4:22PM, but I don't recall the exact time I submitted the cancellation request. For the "privilege" of holding my meeting room for exactly seven hours and ten minutes, Spaces is charging me 100% of the price of the meeting room. Mind you, the conference rooms at the Spaces location in Napa are usually empty. It cost Spaces basically nothing to hold my reservation for seven hours, but they are sticking to their "terms and conditions" and charging me 100% of the meeting charge. Instead of doing the right thing, they're hiding behind the line of "there's nothing they can do." Don't book at the Spaces in Napa unless you're 100% sure you are going to use the meeting room. Otherwise, the "team members" won't do anything to help you. Caveat emptor. read more

TLDR: Spaces is run by IWG plc, which has 149 1 star reviews on TrustPilot. Customers report issues with dishonesty, transparent pricing, and customer service. Avoid using Spaces. Each interaction I had with the management has been misleading and unprofessional. I reached out to inquire about a booking space, and Kiu Phun sent me a year-long lease, following up immediately after sending it, asking if I had signed yet. I was just looking for a relaxed co-working space with a hot desk month-to-month. After explaining this, she provided me with a month-to-month agreement. This is where things went wrong: -- The agreement price they show you does not reflect multiple charges that are not disclosed upfront. -- Minutes after checking a box on a page that did not show the real pricing, I received multiple emails for invoices totaling 3-4x what I had been quoted. -- I had yet to even visit the space. When I responded that I wasn't interested in moving forward, they quickly sent multiple emails - threatening to send my account to collections. This all happened within a few short business days. I can't recommend enough staying away from companies who operate like this. I felt like I was being pulled into a scam the entire time. Spaces is run by IWG plc, which has 149 1 star reviews on TrustPilot. Check our their page. Here are the first few: "My list of complaints is huge with Spaces/Regus/IWG. Each complaint being almost identical to all the ones you read here, including nefarious practice/money/poor service/contract problems/customer service etc," "If I could give 0 stars I would, as others have noted this is a dishonest company that will trick you into sneaky contracts." "Vile fraud, nothing more." Napa deserves better. We're a city of people who know each other and create community. A global enterprise that is publicly known for questionable practices should not be welcomed here. It's not about the money -- it's about the professionalism and the culture. I'm deeply disappointed. read more

The best most modern facilities are available in Napa Valley. I meet with clients to discuss sensitive information. And Spaces is well suited for this type of meeting. The staff and management are very responsive to all and every need you may have. I have looked elsewhere and can not find a better situation. With an AMAZING location and awesome staff and management, I would absolutely look here! Email me if you have questions or want a live reference. Bruce@LFC.com read more

I've called Spaces my home office for about 5 months now and I really love it. Everyone who works here greets me with a smile and good morning every single day. Whenever something needs to be fixed (which isn't often), they are on it immediately. This place is clean, quiet, and very conveniently located walking distance to several of my favorite restaurants. I can see myself staying here for quite a while as I grow into more "Spaces" required for my growing winery business. read more

Also, when you pay for a cubicle space you are supposed to have access 24/7 to the building but when you come in on "off hours" for example staying after 5pm on a weekday or coming in on the weekend, the lights are on a motion detection system, so you have to get up every 25 minutes and walk out of your cubicle and wave your arms. I asked them about where the motion sensor panel was located and if I could turn it off and back on when I leave; however, their response was, "we've heard this complaint before and there's nothing we can do." This is pretty frustrating. Especially when you're on a zoom call or you're doing something time sensitive. read more

As my first time working remotely from Napa Spaces location, I was pleased with the experience. The location is ideal and is the heart of the valley with many neighboring restaurants and shops. The office is nice, the on-site staff, Alexa and Jerome, were extremely helpful and friendly. I am glad i made the move! read more

I automatically felt welcomed and felt comfort in confining in Alexa, who is one of the first few faces you see upon walking in. I had a meeting held a few weeks ago with my company, and it was amazing service. The office space was a perfect fit for my team. read more

THE place to work - no matter where you work! Spaces Napa has been my "home" for 6 months now and it has been the absolute perfect place. Whether I need some peace and quiet for deep work, some camaraderie to lighten and brighten my day or a comfy location to hop on Teams calls and get work done, Spaces quite literally has a space for everything. In addition to individual (and adjustable) cube stations, there are "phone booths" for private conversations, comfortable common spaces with sofas and chairs for more relaxed work as well as indoor and outdoor tables for team conversations. In addition to the table-stakes requirements of flexible work space, internet connection and a refreshment station Spaces Napa has an authentically friendly, customer-service oriented staff. Aaron, Ruby, Nick, Marina and team greet you with bright, smiley faces and are willing to pitch in and help you with anything you might need. Aaron is especially thorough in getting your contract and other little details set up from the very start so you can hit the ground running with as little administration time as possible. The rest of the crew are always willing to stop and lend a hand (or get you a band-aid) whenever a need arises. Finally, the location of Napa Spaces cannot be beat! Located in the heart of downtown Napa you can head out for walk breaks, coffee breaks, lunch breaks or shopping breaks (beware the amazing shoe store right next store!). Heck, I may have even ducked out for a pedicure on my lunch hour once or twice! Spaces Napa has truly been one of my favorite places to get work done! read more

I rented a virtual office space with this company and suspect fraud/deceit. They immediately double-billed me and blamed my bank despite my provision of evidence that they were wrong. They have sent me bills that do not outline what I pay for/are inaccurate. The reviews on Trustpilot are frightening as well as the Regus reviews through the Better Business Bureau. When I write my concerns, they use a gaslighting technique by not addressing my concerns at all. I tried to pay them with a prepaid debit/Visa because after speaking with two employees with my bank, they have shared that providing my personal banking information to this company is ill-advised based on the gaslighting email responses and horrible reviews. The company will not accept these other forms of payment. There is strong evidence that something dishonest is going on. I don't know if it is through Spaces staff or the larger company, Regus, but I would not do business with this company. Maybe there is a Business Impersonation Scam using their name? I don't know. I will say that this is the most unprofessional, distressing horrible customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life and once again, it strongly evidences some sort of dishonest practice. read more
