I had trouble with the remote tv monitor. The staff were helpful and friendly. The admin at the front tried to help. She got my computer working with the remote tv but it kept disconnecting and lagged. I gave up and used the portable monitor that I brought with me. They provide snacks, which is fantastic for clients. I commuted over an hour, so the drinks and snacks came in handy. The remote tv monitor may have been user error. I will still go back and use the Daily Desk to meet clients in the area.

The building is really nice - new walls, new carpet, even multiple bathrooms. No stairs, so it's wheelchair accessible. And, even more important, the residents here are friendly and that's a big bonus. The problem is that one's happiness in such a park to a great extent depends on the managers. You can be happy with the managers when you first move in. Then for one reason or another, those managers may leave and who knows what the new managers will be like. I had to leave Rancho Benicia because the manager was, pardon me, a bitch. She made life so toxic that I had to move. But there is nothing you can do about such situation except move. The layout also makes it feel more spacious than most complexes--it doesn't feel cramped or overly dense. If you value a peaceful environment, this really offers that. The office staff are consistently friendly, kind, and supportive. They've always made me feel valued as a resident (and as a person), which goes a long way. In terms of amenities, it leans more toward the luxurious side--having an in-unit washer and dryer, updated appliances, and A/C, along with access to a gym, pool, hot tubs, sauna, and even a racquetball court, has made things feel really comfortable. I also find it's just a really pleasant place to walk around, with some beautiful lookout spots and views of the water. A special shoutout to the maintenance team--they've been incredible. Always friendly, respectful, and responsive. I've consistently experienced them as timely and detail-oriented, and they're very careful and considerate when entering the home.
