The "beach items" were old including rusted beach chairs. The water pressure in the shower was next to nothing! Multiple roaches were found. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY THERE!

It was close to 1130AM the next day before they text back and eventually got air turned on. Because we were in limbo waiting for them to respond, plans to go to beach were ruined. We were waiting for air to come on or we were leaving to go to another condo! Wish we had! When we get back from eating lunch - IT IS LOCKED AGAIN and set for 78! What is wrong with this person! We paid entirely too much with no reimbursement for terrible amenities. The water pressure was nonexistent. I had to wash my hair in the kitchen sink because pressure there was better than the shower! Also, the condo has roaches! The pool was under construction so unable to use but they don't make that obvious AT ALL in the comments The "beach" chairs were not even good enough to be sold in a rummage sale. The easy beach access was not accurate as it was blocked off so you had to walk around the complex to get to the beach. HUGE disappointment. I sincerely hope this condo doesn't get another rental until she fixes things! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHATSOEVER! Terrible! The property manager was ridiculous, too. I know what acceptable customer service is and this most definitely is NOT! DO BETTER!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS CONDO. KEEP LOOKING!!

First, I would like to say that Jaclyn the owner of unit 206 was great and so was her unit. It was…read morevery clean, spacious and the location was one of the best we have ever stayed at. Beach access was fantastic. It was well stocked, everything worked and we had no issues. The onsite manager on the other hand was unlike anything we have ever experienced. First, he constantly hounded people for having drinks at the pool (not even in the pool). These were guests just quietly sitting on the lounge chairs and pool tables trying to enjoy their vacation. No glass bottles, not making any noise, yet he was constantly telling them no drinking was allowed even though it was in a closed container. The next day his wife saw a speaker at the pool and asked another guest what kind of music they were playing, and they said 'none right now.' She replied 'good because she preferred not to hear any music at all.' Everyone was just minding their own business having a relaxing time except for them nagging the guests. On one of our first days there we heard him tell another guest to remove their towels from the pool railing because 'they don't do ghetto here.' On our last day, my wife was sitting at the pool drinking a bottle of water and eating a small pack of crackers. She literally had finished one cracker when he came out and told her eating wasn't allowed at the pool. He told her 'she should be a better example to her children and follow the rules.' He then asked what unit she was in and called the owner who sent me a message apologizing if he was rude to us. I explained to her he was just a complete jerk. He then came back to the pool later to 'yell' at some other kids for having a 12 inch round float. He said 'rafts aren't allowed in the pool.' I told him that wasn't a raft and he should let them have some fun. He said 'I don't make the rules, I just enforce them.' I told him that no one will come back the way he treats guests. He said 'if you don't like the rules, go get a place at the Days Inn.' I told him if everyone did that he would be out of a job. He said 'that is just fine, with Covid-19, I prefer no one to be here anyway.' He then threated to get the condo president and I told him I would love to talk to her. After him threatening to get her, he said 'she probably didn't have time...' So if you prefer to have a 'bully hall monitor' micro-manage you on vacation, this is the place for you! It is a real shame he is the face of such a beautiful property!

You can tell that a lot of love has been put in the decor because it evokes a feeling of seaside relaxation. The cottage is impeccably clean. The kitchen has a coffee, tea maker and mini fridge. It also has two beach chairs and umbrella. The beach is literally across the street. The outside patio is serene with a beautiful koi pond. The condo we rented was given to us in disgusting conditions (dead bugs and mold in the fridge/freezer, backsplash literally fell off the wall from the bugs that got behind the stick on tiles, litter piles in the master bath closet, roach poop CAKING the porch closet and scattered in all the cabinets, among other things). We also had to fight to get our water turned on after they refused to, despite our lease and listing that stated tenant was not responsible for it. It took 2+ weeks to get running water. Then we struggled to get our amenity keys (mailbox and pool). We didn't get mailbox keys until 3+ weeks after moving in, and the 1st attempt at pool keys took over a month...then they wound up being the WRONG keys. They failed to return our security deposit on time, and only did so after we threatened legal action. Again, if you are planning on renting from this company DON'T. If you are a property owner who values their asset and wants a property manager that will care for your property...it's not them.

We stayed in unit 710 for the last week, and while our vacation was enjoyable there were a few…read moremajor hiccups. First the elevator situation is incredibly frustrating, so much so that it made me not want to go down to the beach. I am able to walk down stairs pretty well, but am not able to walk up the stairs. We were on the 7th floor and there was only 1 somewhat functional elevator in service on property. The second elevator had a sign on it stating they were hoping to have it working by the end of March, but a resident that we spoke to said the sign had said February at one point. The functioning elevator was tiny, unreliable, and constantly stopped on the 3rd floor. Many times we waited between 5-10 minutes just for the opportunity to board. Also, the functioning elevator was not able to be used from the second and fourth floor, which I'm sure is illegal from an ADA standpoint. Second, the water was shut off 2 days in a row during our stay. The first day it was off between 10am-2pm which was no big deal. The second day was an unpleasant surprise and we were told it would be off between 8am and 2pm. Third, if you want to use the pool you better go early! People come out around 8am and claim all the chairs and tables in the pool area, so unless you beat them down there you won't have anywhere to sit. Overall our unit was nice but was in desperate need of upgrading in the common areas.

For the last 15 years we have been coming here and have stayed in probably 10 of the units. Each is individually owned so there is quite a variability in decoration, furnishings and electronics but they all have been very serviceable. The condos are 2 or 3 bedrooms and are a very decent size. It is right on the beach, with your own balcony with ocean view. The property has a very nice pool as well, shuffle board and putting green. There are the usual snowbird vacationers but still quite nice for the kids. We saw a great firework show from our balcony last night put on by the city. The management here is responsive and helpful. Each unit has a fully stocked kitchen (minus food!), access to washer and dryer (though ours had a set in the unit) and two full size bathrooms. The units are not luxurious but a good value. Some could use with updating or doing away with the ubiquitous beach theme decorations but overall they are comfortable, clean and convenient.

We had a fantastic time in the area and this little gem was perfect for us. We stayed in Unit 2,…read morewhich if I understand it correctly, is separately owned from other units in this complex. Unit 2 is a ground floor suite with a full kitchen, 1 king size bedroom, a full bathroom and a comfortable living room/dining room. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The owners had been guests here a couple years ago and loved it so much they bought it and have been improving it since. Make sure you read and sign the guest book as their own entries tell a great story. It's very close walking distance to free beach access, maybe a couple hundred feet at most. You can clearly see the Space Center from the beach here and we watched two Space X rocket launches the week we stayed. The caretakers that help manage the property are also super nice and very responsive. We had an issue with the Keurig not working and they brought over another right away and then replaced that one with a brand new one the next day. We couldn't have asked for better service. The WiFi was no problem and the AC worked well. The common area in the courtyard outside was great too to hang out with others visiting. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to book Unit 2 again if coming to the area in the future.
