I came here with a group of friends to prepare for a Holiday party we all got our nails and pedicures done. The service was great and quick.

So I just walked in, being that my car has a stench for a medically used substance that I don't even use. But since I walked in having driven in the car to this location. Then sent me out because I had the odor....I was barely inside for 2 minutes. but since their tech has an allergy I got sent out while they are wearing a mask, and would be working on my feet.... Came here to get a pedicure. I had gel polish on my toes so the tech had to file the polish off which is ok but after he finished that he jumped up to do something with his client before me and also cleaned the foot tub. He came back to continue my pedi and I asked him if he could please switch his gloves. At first he wanted to argue but then his coworker told him to change them. So he continued and while I'm was sitting here I watched the owner pour used liquid for someone mani back into the gallon. So now my pedicure is about finished and he puts my feet in the paraffin wax and starts his next client while I wait. When my time is up he stops with his client and comes back to me to take the wax off with the same gloves that he's working with for the other client. This is the most disgusting nail salon I have ever been to. I came here 2 times, because I wanted to make sure I gave them a second chance, but my second time was even more eye opening. Firstly, they do not clean their tools (nail clipper, filers, etc.) between customers. I witnessed them scraping foot crust off someones feet and then they passed the tool to another worker who didn't clean the tool, just reused it on someone else feet. When they were cutting my nails, I noticed that the nail clipper was rusty, so I pointed it out to them and of course they acted like they didn't understand English. The towel they used for me had like old stains on it... not sure what the stains even could have been but the towel did not look clean. Most importantly, I'm not sure what kind of polish they use, but the paint didn't come off for months, which hey is great and everything until your nails become brittle and unhealthy, which is exactly what happened to my nails. It has been months since I have been there and my nails are still recovering. I truthfully want to report them, but I don't even know how. They are dirty and disgusting and need to be fined for what they are doing. They are not sanitary. Do not trust your nails and skin here. Please stay far away from this place! read more

Called ahead 2 hours and came on time. the person thought that it was a pedicure, figured out we're manicures and after telling them multiple times it was 3 full sets of nails they tried to pretend that they heard just manicure. So excited for my first pedicure of the season. Lady who did the pedi did okay. However, I am not sure what the deal is with doing a mani and pedi at the same time. It was VERY uncomfortable when I came here to relax not be yanked around having my arm pulled out of my socket because she did my entire manicure from the right side of the pedi chair. Disappointed! DO NOT GO TO THIS FILTHY NAIL SALON. I should have walked out as soon as I saw that filthy implement jar which she tried to hide in the bottom drawer, but I didn't have enough guts to walk after the foot soak. That is until SHE CUT ME WITH A FILTHY IMPLEMENT. She tried to say she didn't but you can see she took a chunk out of my little toe. When the manager came over and asked what happened, when I told him he stated several times, "THIS HAPPENS SOME TIMES. IT'S NOT BAD." I said please give me the alcohol bottle and they said I didn't need it so I grabbed it and sprayed it on the wound but it didn't hurt. THERE WAS NO ALCOHOL IN THE BOTTLE MARKED ALCOHOL. I used to come here quite a bit and was so so about the service and my nails but the location was good so I decided to continue to come. Eventually I found a GREAT salon in King Of Prussia that's EXCELLENT and I'll never RETURN to Spa Nail! Anyway I had gotten my nails done recently in KOP and one of my diamond designs fell off so I came to Spa and the woman was really RUDE and denied me service which is okay because I will never come here again. I kept trying to explain to her that I did not have on polish and that the colors that they were seeing on my nails was actually THE DIP POWDER AND TOP COAT! But she STILL INSISTED ON refusing to fix my design! Speaking in her language to another employee-- I said fine! I'll never return and I will make sure to leave a review to let people know how I was mistreated and denied service! My nail polish started to lift the same day. While showering the top coat cane off of my toes. They were willing to repaint my nails but told me I would have to pay for a color change if I wanted my toes repainted even though the top coat had come off. This is gel nail polish that they charge extra for that we are talking about. Save your money and go elsewhere! read more

First and last time I go to this place. Their nail files look like they haven't been changed all year. The guy that was working on my nails was also working on someone else's feet at the same time. He was in a super rush. He didn't buff my nails right each nail had bubbles after drying. They use really cheap polish for gel. I just went last week and it's peeling off one week later. My sister was also getting her feet done and the lady kept hurting her. After she was done scrubbing her feet the lady washed the utensils in the dirty water she used to wash my sisters feetSo disappointed. Ladies--- this place is dirty. The fan is spinning and dropping huge dust chunks. The ladies and men work work on us go into other peoples spa tubs with the gloves they were using for me! The first time I went it was great! The second time a woman cut me filing off the gel polish. Then other applied the acrylic, but she couldn't file coffin shape. A man came to polish my nails was suppose to use gel, but applied 4 coats of nail polish. Another woman has to take it off and apply gel. Why did four people need to do my nails? Today I went to try them out again and they refused services stating I was too picky when you cut my finger and applied the wrong polish. Bad customer service!!! read more

I had the worst experience today at this dirty,disgusting nail salon. Upon walking in I was just stared at like it was a burden that i was there.I showed a young man a picture of the nails i wanted, nothing to difficult just an acrylic set w gel polish. he said we dont have color. i said its right there on the ring,what do you mean you no have color?? anyway he started putting on tips w/o filing down my nails.he got up and was doing other peoples nails at the same time, then a girl came over and started my nails,then she left and the 3rd person came over. This place was horrible. My nail tips were put on crooked, not corrected even after i asked them to fix it he said no worry i fix for you. He didn't just filed it never replaced the tip. he made my nails so thick and wide when i asked for skinny square. the polish was only one coat and got bumped and never fixed can see through the polish and the missing polish where it got bumped because they are in such a hurry to get you in and out. the tools were absolutely filthy and never did my cuticles or put on oil. i noticed they didn't clean anything including the tables or tools in between customers!!! I have never received a service this bad. My friend and I received what they called a Deluxe Pedi, but I cannot understand why...They did not soak you first they just added the jell no jets and quickly started on the process. The massage was a joke maybe a total of 5 min. for both legs. They applied a green mask and wax then took a 10 min break. Texting while I sat waiting, but it get worse they quickly cleaned of the mask, polished and out the door. My friend had a her callouses removed with a dremel looking sander which the tech just threw into her drawer...YUCK!!! My nail person changed the polish color without asking first he just liked it better. Furthermore, he did not clean my leg so I had a big green spot left over, which was noticed while I was out to dinner...(nice Job). This place is nasty and I will be greatfull if I don't catch a staff infection. I did not see any sort of cleaning standards. Whoever wrote the good review must work at this dump.
