I made a brand-new account, tried again, and it still would not let me book. So no, this was not user error. Your system is just a mess. Calling did not help either. I actually wanted to book over the phone, and instead of helping me, I was pushed right back to booking online -- on the same broken website that was already not working. That made the whole thing even more ridiculous. Then I got a vague answer about techs making their own schedules, but no real solution for actually booking with the person I wanted. So basically, the website is broken, the phone is unhelpful, and the customer is left to just figure it out? Be serious. I have never seen a business act so uninterested in taking somebody's money. At a certain point it felt like I was begging this salon to let me become a client, and that is absurd. Fix the website. Fix the communication. Fix the chaos. Until then, people should know exactly what kind of frustration they're signing up for.

I came here on a Saturday about 1pm for a full set and pedicure, bad idea lol. I walked in and the techs were all busy, Kelly told me it would be a while but wait a few minutes because one of the guys were finishing up a pedicure. I didn't have anything urgent to do so I waited. I sat down for my pedicure and ordered #20, the last pedicure on the list. Woah it was wonderful and his massage was wonderful! I wish I got his name but he had on glasses if that helps lol. So after what felt like 5 hours of foot treatment he painted them and was very through about cleaning up any polish he got on my toes. Oh and that paraffin wax!! I've had that at other salons and it was warm but this HOT LIKE ALMOST TOO HOT but in a good way because I loved it !! Kelly walked by and said wait for her, at that point I realized she must of been the only person who did full sets because everyone was waiting for her. Lot of pressure for one person! So maybe about 30 mins later she finished the woman's nails she was doing and I sat down. She said multiple times thank you for waiting. She asked me my name when I sat down and was very sweet! It was then when I actually asked if she was the only one who did full sets and she said yes occasionally her husband helps but he was not here that day. I showed her the design I liked and she did it. When she was doing the clear coat I looked and noticed my thumbs weren't the same but before I could even say anything SHE APOLOGIZED. I was shocked because most times there's been issues at other salons they either say I'm wrong or unwillingly/angrily "fix it". She did I think 4 hands before me with longer sets and I didn't hear any issues from them. I honestly didn't worry about it. I suggest you make your appointment before you come or be prepared for a long wait. She told me she's basically been non stop since they opened a month ago. Maybe she'll get another person who can do full sets soon or maybe not I didn't think to ask. I couldn't count the amount of times I heard her say thank you to everyone who had waited probably longer than they prepared to. Everyone that crossed my path was kind and smiled behind their mask, at no point did I feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. They give a free mask and a discount for your first time and also offer water or soda. Only thing I will say that I didn't like was it was a bit warm in there but that may be because of the weather going back and forth and it was a warmish day when the day before was chilly. Oh and the shop is small nothing grand no bells and whistles, so if you're looking for that this isn't the place. But if you want friendly techs and good service then this is the place. Oh and lastly all the Eazy Nail Salons are connected although Kelly said she's focused at this location right now.
