Excellent Swedish massage by Agatha, perfect pressure & relaxing atmosphere. Nice selection of products to buy too. Friendly front desk team. Very clean facilities. Since the amenities are closed during COVID (steam, hot tub, robes/lounge area, etc.) it was nice they offered a massage upgrade choice of foot or body scrub or use of cbd infused oil. Lunch at the restaurant afterwards was perfect. Overall, great & much needed serenity/stress relief! read more

I got the oxygen facial from Gina and I absolutely loved it! If you have dry skin I highly recommend this treatment. My skin feels rejuvenated and fresh ! The experience was amazing, super relaxing and comfortable. Towards the end of the treatment she used Gua Sha stones, they were super soothing and made my experience different than others! If you're thinking about going to the Edgewood spa for a facial I highly recommend you asking for Gina. read more

Gorgeous facility, really, really high end spa setting. Great massage, hot tub, the view is gorgeous, uber clean. Definitely worth the splurge. read more

I had an oxygen facial today with Gina and thought I was in Heaven! It was expensive, but worth every penny. Because of meeting a lady two days ago on the Safari Rose and hearing all about her wonderful experience my husband said he would treat me. WOW......you deserve it too so go ahead and experience it for yourself! read more

I had a facial with Gina M. and it was so fabulous! She knew exactly what I needed and even added special touches like warm neck towels and cooled rocks to enhance my facial. I had one of the bests! Yay! read more

I had an amazing facial 2 days ago. Not an ordinary facial but a treatment which delivers an instant result. The treatment is called "Oxygen Facial" with the one and only expert Esthetician, Gina Montanez. She is very professional and with the knowledge, skills and top of the line products, no wonder this facial is MAGIC. It hydrates the skin, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and leaving your skin smooth and firm. Thank you Gina! Definitely will be back for more sessions. read more

Where do I start? The atmosphere was amazing all throughout the spa and the staff. Each and everyone of the staff members I encountered were so professional and all masked. I received an oxygen facial with Gina and it was the best facial I have ever had! She went above and beyond with her massage and she even went as far as explaining why the treatment was the best for my skin. Thank you Gina for making me glow again!!! read more

Best place ever I'm so happy I found this place. I spent $75 for a pedicure and an all day pass to the facility. The pass is good until 9pm. The staff is truly incredible and the locker room is gorgeous. Everything was clean to perfection. There were plenty of lockers, toilet stalls with complimentary girly things, hair tools to straighten or curl, razors and shaving cream, mouth wash, plenty of towels and complimentary water bottles. In the gender neutral area it was a hidden paradise. Healthy snacks like fruit and nuts free drinks like tea, water or champagne. They had a gorgeous fire place, blankets and the best place to relax. By far the best was the outdoor hot tub that's set to 102 degrees. I would highly recommend this location. Totally worth $75 to step into a an oasis of relaxation. Each staff member were incredible and had the best hospitality I've seen in awhile. read more

Disappointing service - tried the Fountain of Youth body treatment. From what I can tell they applied 2-3 products - and that's it for 80 minutes. I paid $325 to have some serum applied. The technician was fine, but there was just nothing to the service - NOT at all how it sounded from the write up. She put something in my hair that made it flat too, I was unclear what that was for. The facilities were just okay compared to other spas. Clean and well-maintained, just not much to them. Only steam on ladies side. Not worth $75 for the day pass if you're just doing that. Probably won't go back, if I did I'd just get a massage, the body treatment was a total rip-off. read more

Gina at Spa Edgewood crafted the most amazing 50 minute facial for my skin needs and completely exceeded expectations. If you are in need of a heavenly spa experience, pick Edgewood and ask for Gina. read more

My husband and I took a weekend trip to South Lake Tahoe to celebrate our birthdays. I booked a facial and massage at the Spa Edgewood because I was looking forward to getting some relaxation in. It was my first time coming here. It was a wonderful experience. The massage was very relaxing. My facial was with Gina and after a few questions, Gina recommended the Transformation Facial. It left me feeling refreshed and my skin looked like it was brand new - definitely recommend. Overall the services were great and I will definitely be back. read more

There is only one spa I want to go to when I come to visit Tahoe, and it's this one. This past visit I was lucky enough to receive an appointment with the facial whisperer, Gina. I tried the new Oxygen facial this time and it was an absolutely amazing experience that I highly recommend if it's been too long since your last facial. I needed a new moisturizer. Since moving to a more humid climate my skin was breaking out. Gina recommended the Diamond Cocoon moisturizer by NaturaBissē and my skin never looked better! Thank you, Gina!! read more

I'm giving this two stars because of how beautiful the resort is. Not that it benefitted us any because even after spending $500 we weren't allowed at the pool. The spa was beautiful and very clean. Loved the private hot tub and view. The massages on the other hand. Probably the worst massages we have ever had. Our ladies both seemed like they were in a rush. There was no pressure or massage at all. It felt like she was just trying to rub lotion on my dry body. My feet were rubbed for approximately 30 seconds. The rest of the massage was spent being rocked back and forth and being stretched even though I booked a Swedish massage. Really disappointed specially for the amount of money we spent. Could have at least allowed us to sit by the pool. read more

Girls spa day was exactly what we needed this weekend. A special thank you to Gina Montany at Spa Edgewood for truly creating a custom spa experience. I wasn't sure what kind of facial I was looking for, but Gina's recommendation to try the new oxygen facial with Vitamin C serum has left my face feeling revitalized and youthful. I would recommend anyone looking for an exceptional day of decompression schedule with Gina... she took such good care of us! ‍ read more

Spa Edgewood - Relaxation and a true luxury spa experience amidst sweeping mountain view's lining the emerald Lake Tahoe. - Day Spas Near Me - Stateline, Nevada

The Spa at Edgewood is hands down one of my favorite places to treat myself when in Tahoe. Make sure to call in beforehand to book your appointment, as times book out quickly. The facilities are top-notch and the service is impeccable. The masseuses are well trained in various treatments and the body feels invigorated, the perfect way to recover after a hard week's work. After finishing up, take a relaxing stroll on the beach at the Lake's edge and just take it all in. You've made it to paradise. read more

Gina is phenomenal!! Be sure to ask for her. She gave a phenomenal oxygen facial! Highly recommend!! The overall spa experience was lovely.

The new Edgewood Hotel and Spa is one of the most modern establishments in South Lake Tahoe. And to be honest, one of the best things to come to South Lake in the last couple years. My husband's family has a cabin in South Lake, so we come up the hill from Folsom quite often and many times looked for a nice spa to bring friends. This place takes the cake. The spa gives off a chill natural luxurious vibe. I had the best facial of my life so far in their spa. To my delight, the esthetician used Eminence, which is my favorite organic skincare line which they also sell. Come early or stay late to enjoy their "sanctuary" read more

Every visit to Edgewood Tahoe requires a day at their spa and you need to specifically request GINA!!! She is a true gem! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable on all the Natura Bisse products (which the spa/salon also carries for purchase if you want to continue your regimen at home) but she gives an amazing facial! My skin literally glows afterward! She genuinely listens to my skin concerns as well as recommends treatments to enhance my skin. Her kind and engaging personality in addition to her professionalism makes her the absolute best! read more

HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend the Spa at Edgewood! This new and beautifully designed Spa is the most serene we have visited to date. We travel extensively and feel this spa is superior to others. Prefer to Ritz Carlton North Shore. My husband and I with our son and his girlfriend enjoyed incredible treatments over the Christmas Holiday. We ALL had amazing professional therapists. I actually left my wedding rings in the locker and they went to great lengths to immediately locate and hold for me to retrieve. We were not staying at the hotel but at another in the area. We now have our new destination for BOTH hotel and spa in South Lake Tahoe. Thank you to all working at the SPA for making our holiday so spectacular. PS Dinner at the restaurant on the course was amazing too! Commitment to service evident at all locations visited! Impressive team! read more

I just had an 02 facial with the amazing and gifted Gina M... I have been making a point to find her each time my family travels to the Tahoe area because her treatments are next to none. She is sweet, knowledgeable, gentle and will absolutely spoil you. I am at a point in my life as a mommy to young kids where I typically won't go anywhere without a bit of makeup, and cannot believe how my skin is glowing right now-- no makeup needed! I would give her and this spa 10 stars if Yelp allowed me to; what a TREAT. Also-- I want to add that the other staff at the resort and spa were wonderfully kind and accommodating. read more

I happened on this gem of a spa by pure luck! I was looking for a massage in Tahoe and this came up on yelp. It has only been open for eight months and is one of the nicest spas in Tahoe if not California! Every touch is thought of from the valet bringing me up to the spa in person, to the fruit platter, to the roaring fire in the spa lounge, to the hot neck wrap or cold towels for the face. They have a hot tub on the terrace, steam room in the ladies and amazing customer service. Liz was my massage therapist has hands like angel wings! So soft and delicate with just the right amount of pressure as they danced afloat my back like a symphony, poetry in motion. I cannot highly recommend this spa enough! read more

I just got a massage here and I have to say it was a distressing experience. The massage therapist I had was lovely, this is a review on the whole experience. First, many clients weren't wearing masks and the staff never tried to fix the behavior in the coed waiting area. Second, my therapist told me that most therapists are unvaccinated (yikes! In such close quarters). She told me that management is too scared to ask therapists about their vaccination status and won't take a formal stand on vaccination status because of the labor shortage. The therapist said she's terrified for her health but needs the job. It was appalling and I felt terrible for her. She told me that when clients complain or request a vaccinated therapist the client is told that if they are that concerned maybe they shouldn't get a massage yet. She said management just wants to pass the buck and blame clients for being sensitive instead of taking the health and safety of staff and guests seriously. I recommend avoiding this place until they prioritize everyone's health. read more

Just WOW. Gina Montanez gave me THE BEST facial I have ever had. & I have had my share. The spa itself it's spacious and beautiful &the staff is extremely accommodating, they got my boyfriend and I in on a busy day. But GINA and her magical hands have my skin the love it needed. The oxygen facial was spectacular and she went above and beyond for me & even went over on time which is unheard of. I went in a dry mess and left a glowing radiant being(: thank you GINA! read more

Awesome facial and great experience. Everyone was super helpful and the amenities were nice. Taking one star off for it being really pricey, but the atmosphere is really great and the esthetician was so kind. There is a hot tub, steam room, showers, and a lounge to relax in. Note that you cannot use the Edgewood pool as part of this, but the balcony hot tub is nice! read more

If you're in Tahoe, you must visit the spa at Edgewood Resort! The spa itself is beautiful, luxurious and so relaxing. I dont get to get out and enjoy me time very often. What can I say? I'm a busy mom and an author. I decided to take some me time and go to the spa. Right away I was greeted with warmth and kindness. People were smiling and seemed to enjoy their jobs. What was fabulous was the way I was addressed. No hey you! Or yo Heather. It was Mrs Stapp. I like it. My treatment was the oxygen facial. When I was addressed by esthetician Gina I instantly felt drawn to her warm demeanor. Kindness radiated from her as she asked about me. He skin is gorgeous so I could put my trust into her to provide me with what my skin needed. I had the oxygen facial and it was lovely. Gina told me what was to be expected so nothing was a shock. She also used cool stones which invigorated my skin with every stroke. All the products used were organic which I appreciate and they all smelt lovely. Whenever I asked about a product, Gina was extremely knowledgeable on ingredients and tje products purpose. I thought my skin was decent, but man... when I was done I was glowing. My lips even looked fuller. I didnt know just how dehydrated my face was. The spa is lovely (just wish the sanctuary was bigger and overlooking the lake). I wish I could take Gina home to Texas so my friends and I could get facials from her weekly! Since I cannot, all I can do is reccomend her to y'all! read more

The spa at Edgewood is incredible! The best facial EVER was from Gina M. She easily determines your skin needs and adjusts the treatment to best suit you! I had a girls trip to this spa a couple of weeks ago and LOVED it. What luxury. The amenities were beyond nice. They thought of every little detail down to these little nuggets of heaven cookies filled with nothing but goodness. My massage was so relaxing. Unfortunately, the jets in the jacuzzi spa weren't working but we still enjoyed soaking in the water, though it wasn't very hot. The jacuzzi could also be better placed to overlook a more scenic side of the resort rather than the parking lot. Jacuzzi issues were the only reason I knocked it down a star. I accidentally tossed my bathing suit bag into the hamper with the towels when we left. However, I called when I realized it, and being that I'm from out of state, they were kind enough to mail it to me. Service doesn't get better than that!! read more

As a Yelper I'm more of a reader than a writer, but my experiences at the Spa was amazing and worthy of my time to write a review. I booked an appointment facial with Gina, and she was quite attentive and knowledgeable. I've had massage experiences and other salon treatments but this facial definitely set the bar. It was my first facial, but it was much more than I expected! My esthetician knew I was having my engagement photo shoot later in the afternoon, and she helped bring my tired dry skin to life. I chose to have an organic treatment and the products were super soothing and refreshing on my skin. I loved the cool stones on my face, and the extra massages on my arms, hands, upper shoulders and scalp while I had a face mask. Afterwards my skin appear hydrated and brighter, perfect for my photos. I highly recommend Gina and the Edgewood Tahoe spa. We didn't stay at the beautiful resort but I think we definitely will for our next trip, and I can't wait to come back for another treatment. read more

Wow!!!! Where do I begin... this spa is phenomenal! I started off my afternoon with a facial with Gina who is so kind, gentle, and informative. She walked me through every step of my facial and gave me recommendations on what I needed. My skin feels so amazing and even got a exfoliation and mask on my lips too - which no esthetician has ever done! She is absolutely amazing start to finish and I will be coming back to see her every time I come back to Tahoe. This spa deserves more than 5 stars! read more

Wow. During my first time in Lake Tahoe, my skin felt the climate change. I booked a hydra facial, and I have to say, I was lucky to have had Gina As my esthetician. She did.
