However, that faded away once I walked in. The location is super cute and smelled incredible. Kayla was very communicative with me leading up to my appointment, and greeted me on arrival. She explained my options, and what was to come, and once I laid down, she did her magic. I remember thinking that she was very gentle, I believe I even used the word delicate, which I really appreciated. She had a good playlist going in the background which helped since you're literally laying down for hours so not much else you can do. Once finished, she explained after care options and answered my questions. I felt very relaxed, comfortable, and like I was in good hands, the entire time, and sure enough, my lashes turned out great. It's a great feeling looking into the mirror and seeing full lashes. Thank you Kayla for the care and pride you put into your work.

Kayla provided exceptional service by going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results and comfortable. I purchased the highbred lashes. It turned out lovely and I will definitely be going back to continue doing business in this establishment.

My lash extensions always turn out beautiful and last longer than I would've ever expected! She pays so much attention to detail and truly cares about her clients and the quality of her work. Five plus stars…read more The whole experience is wonderful. Anh's space is clean and cozy. She's punctual, gentle, and somehow manages to make hours fly by--I've literally fallen asleep mid-appointment and woken up looking bright eyed and glamorous. Anh also actually listens to what you want. Want drama? She delivers. Going for a more natural "maybe she's born with it, maybe it's a lash fill" look? She nails it. Every. Single. Time. Also, let's talk retention!!! We're talking 1 month. I've gone hiking, swimming, saunas, even cried through an entire season of "When Life Gives You Tangerines (IYKYK)" and those lashes stayed put. I've never had such good retention. Bottom line: she's an artist, a magician, and possibly a witch (in a good way). Book her now before the rest of the world catches on and she's impossible to get into.

I came to her after having laser tattoo removal done elsewhere, which left me with stubborn yellow pigment that wouldn't go away. From the moment she saw it, she knew exactly what to do. With each session I have seen a significant improvement. After just a few sessions, the yellow and orange tones have faded, and I look like my natural self again! She also offers lip tattoo removal, which is something not many places do, and she is just as knowledgeable and effective in that area as well. Victoria is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and someone I fully trust! I have already recommended her to others and will continue to do so. I actually travel hours just to see her because she is the only person I trust to handle permanent makeup tattoo removal properly. If you are dealing with stubborn pigment, especially yellow tones or lip tattoo issues, I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you, Victoria for everything!

This was an absolutely horrible experience! It started off great, I enjoyed the process and it…read morebarely took any time. About a week later, my right eye began to hurt. I realized that Jyssica glued the lashes ONTO MY EYELID. As in, the skin of my eye. Not the lashes. When the first lashes began to fall out, they weren't single lashes like I requested, they were in groups of seven. SEVEN! And I made sure she knew I wanted single lashes. My eye kept on hurting and the lashes were incredibly huge. I said I wanted natural. In addition to al of that, she charged me 15 more dollars than she said she would. It might not seem like a lot, but I picked her place because it was the cheapest with the best reviews. Anyways, the point is, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. You will regret it and throw all your money into the wind. Update: Her comment on my review says many things that are completely false. 1. She said I've gotten the classic set before. No I have not, this was my first and last time there. 2. She said I wanted more dramatic lashes after she finished. No I did not. I'm on the younger side and clearly told her that my parents will not be pleased if she makes them dramatic. 3. I had my lashes removed by a professional who knows how this works, clearly better than her, and wouldn't lie to me about the amount of lashes glued on.

I came here to try the classic eyelash extensions. I called the owner to make an appt, and we made…read moreit for about 3 weeks later since I wanted to get them done for a wedding. I had asked her how long the appt is expected to last, and she quoted 1.5 to 2 hours max. I kept my schedule open from 1pm to 3pm for the appt. The week of my appt, she texted me saying that my appt time won't work for her because she double-booked. In between school and my 2 jobs, it's not easy to find a 3 hour window (1/2 hr travel both ways + 2 hr appt), especially 3 days before my supposed appt. She ended up having someone new start that day, and said that the new girl (Emerly) could do my lashes. There was ample parking and her entry had a chill vibe. I filled out some paperwork, and we started the lashes. After she had finshed one eye and gone to the next, I was kinda concerned about how long it had been. I asked for the time, and she said it was 3:08 and I had about a half hour left til they were done. I had work at 3:30, so I asked if she could finish in the next 10 minutes. Emerly let me know that one eye would have more volume than the other, but she would finish up the frame. The appt ended up lasting 2.5 hours, and likely would've taken 3 hours if my lashes were finished. When I got home, I really liked the feel of the lashes. The eye that got finished looked amazing! Emerly did a great job, and I wish I could've stayed to get both done. I texted the owner about coming back to get my left eye finished. In between trying to find a time that would work for me to come in, she stopped responding. Over the course of 3 weeks, I contacted her 3 separate times about coming in to get em finished, and she always stopped responding. This was VERY frustrating because I've been walking around with half a set of eyelashes on 1 eye. The attached picture is what they looked like only a week and a half after my first (and only) appt. I wish she was more responsive because I would've liked to continue going there for fill-ins. The last time I contacted her, she said Emerly didn't work for her anymore ):
