For the record I do use European waxing center for eyebrow shaping and I've been a client for close to five or six years. Prior to moving here I was having my brows done in South Florida and I was happy there as well so I am finding that the eyebrow service has been pretty consistent from state to state.

As a new client, I did the research and saw online that bikini waxes are free for new clients. I booked and went on a Sunday. The aesthetician told me the bikini wax was just the thin line where my underwear lays and if I want more than that is considered a full bikini. According to the your website that information she said was not correct and I explained I wanted exactly as described as a bikini wax on the website. She said she'd do what I asked for but it'll be considered a full bikini at that point, but would only charge me a bikini line as it's my first time and I'm confused what I want. I went to check out and the aesthetician told the girl at the front that the deal is on 50% for new clients. I had no problem paying but what drew me to trying this particular location besides proximity to my home, was the free for a new client. I had to show the girl at the front desk an email I received EWC about first wax as well as the promotion on the national website for her to believe me. I will not be back a client and will be looking somewhere else in the future.

When I raised my concern, she simply said, "It's okay, it will grow back soon," without showing any concern or accountability. I paid $32 for these services, and this experience was extremely disappointing. Based on this, I question the professionalism of the staff. The smell was the crock pot burning. The masseuse then asked if I wanted an essential oil to diffuse the smell. The masseuse opened the essential oil. I should have asked for a different room as I am sensitive to smells, but I didn't. The smell was alarming and concerning. The massage itself was nice. The masseuse was a very nice woman. You go to work for the morning, drive an hour to the airport, and then sit in the most perfect posture possible to not cause further pain for, not one, but two delayed flights. When I tell you that Dylan and Balance Massage saved my entire trip, I mean it wholeheartedly. My sister was so glad to see Dylan had availability to save my shoulder and neck, because she is fully aware of how I get when I have muscle pains. I booked a 90 minute hot stone massage, and Dylan put in WORK for all 90 minutes. As an avid massage enjoyer (I have held memberships with different massage therapy companies for the past 5 years), I truly believe this was the best massage I've ever had. I mentioned to Dylan that I get massages every month and that I would definitely need the deepest tissue massage possible - he delivered from the first minute to the last. Especially with 90 minute massages, therapists need to take a break from the deep tissue and work on hands and feet and other more gentle spots. But Dylan understood that I needed my neck and shoulder to be normal again and mostly focused on my problem areas for the entire 90 minutes. I wish this was my primary massage spot, but I will absolutely be returning the next time I visit Fort Mill!
