Its only $50 and when you spend the money I have here its not that much. But when you dont return calls or ignore my messages then it becomes the principal of it. They never have charged me and I cancelled 24 hours ahead of my appointment. Amazing how much money you spend and they pull this stunt on there patients. This is why I will be going somewhere else and will make sure everyyone knows that they care more about there money than there patients. So dont think they do.

There were 3 times my family was called and informed I wasn't going to make it. I got jaundice because they tore my liver during surgery. I was known as "Their golden patient". A surgical sponge was left inside of my stomach! I had to have multiple blood transfusions, surgeries, test, 2 of my drain clamps were not opened prior to sewing me up, etc... The list goes on! I'm not making any of this up! I'm blessed to be alive to share my experience at this "So Called Hospital". My Dr. And his surgery team almost killed me and would have if it had not been for my husband being a R.N. and threatened to call 911 to come get me and take me to a "Real Hospital"! 2 patients died while I was in there for all of that time. I'd rather be fat than ever experienced this circus. I give my surgeon a -0 and the staff also a -0! If you are considering weight loss surgery please go somewhere else!

You can tell they genuinely care about their patients' well being and take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable during your visits. One of my favorite parts was the massage chair, honestly, sometimes I looked forward to that just as much as the adjustment. If I could take that massage chair home with me, I definitely would lol!
