I have since found 3 other limo companies that were half the price. This place is a complete SCAM. I would NEVER RECOMMEND BAY LIMOUSINE.

I was very worried about a young girl traveling alone for the first time and especially about her safety back and forth to the airport. Well this review can not give a review on the quality or cleanliness of the car because I was not the one in the car. I was the worried father that probably drove Trei(? The call owner I believe) nuts. She arrived at ECP and Beth greeted her at baggage claims promptly and easily identifiable. I was very relieved knowing that she had been met and was on her way to the hotel. Was was remarkable, after she was dropped off at the hotel, my daughter received a phone call from the driver Beth that she had found $90 in the back seat and asked if she had lost it. My daughter checked her secret stash to find it missing. Beth was able to return it to my daughter. Thank you Beth for being so honest!!! God saw that and it's like money in the bank! Well fast forward a couple days. My daughters trip turned sour when the group just didn't get along. I ended up changing my daughters flight and called Amore who bent over backwards to get back to my daughter and bring her to the airport. However, the ride from the beach across town for the ceremony and back again was so miserably hot the wedding party were feeling so sick from absolutely no AC. The driver said it would cool down but it was as if there was HOT air coming from vents for both rides. The champagne glasses for the warm champagne were actually hot to the touch. This was their silver stretch 500 and looked to be very aged on the inside, which I assume explained the AC issue. I emailed Trey and thanked him for the service but felt he needed to know about the AC so other wedding parties in Florida heat would not have to endure the ride....... absolutely no response from Amore. I didn't even ask for any type of refund, just thought a business that works a lot off of referrals should know. Not responding to a customer is like saying, "I got paid and that's all I care about."
