He's definitely one of those guys that leaves you feeling confident you got the right guy for the job. I instinctively recommend him to my friends & family knowing that they will be taken care of. As someone who appreciates good work, it's refreshing to see not everyone is cutting corners to make a buck these days

By the time…read morewe saw the house empty and realized it needed some refreshing (after we closed, before we moved in) there wasn't much time to work with, and we didn't think we'd be able to get it painted before we moved in. Well, Rick to the rescue! He responded to my e-mail immediately and said he could work within our tight schedule. He asked all the right questions and was quick to respond to all of mine. He is one of the nicest contractors we've ever worked with and we'll definitely be using his company again for future projects. Extremely happy!

Paul kept us informed throughout the whole process and kept us involved in any decisions. He gave us updates of the progress at the end of each day. He is very generous with his knowledge and was very helpful with DIY suggestions. He answered any questions we had about the process and about future maintenance of the painted walls. When we took ownership of the house, the walls were in rough shape-lots of nail and anchor holes. He prepped and patched the walls ahead of starting and did a great job. He showed up on time every day, worked fast and efficiently each day and left the house spotless after he was done and removed his equipment. Oh, and the walls look absolutely amazing! We could not be happier with the work he did. I've already given his contact information to two friends who are considering painting.

I hired Leo to paint my house and two rooms a little less than two years ago. Leo was initially…read morevery responsive and gave me a quote for the outside but lost the info for the inside rooms and ended up coming back to give me a quote for those. His quote for the exterior was about 50-60% less than any other contractor, interior was about the same or a little less. After that point, he told me he would be able to come in about two weeks (or very soon). He ended up not responding to me every time I would reach out and ask about it and it wasn't until about 2-3 months later that he came to do the job. I basically had to chase him to figure out when it would be done which was extremely stressful. When he was ready to do it, he literally told me the day of that he wanted to come and start working, even though I had asked him for a few days notice. He is very bad with communication, unless you get him at a good time for him. His workers did a good job on my house and I was happy with the job, but after a year and 9 months, my house started peeling and bubbling. I am not sure if this is because of the work done or just because of my house. Leo responded to me telling about it initially and said he would come look at it, but then proceeded to ghost me and not respond to any further messages. Basically, he will respond to an initial communication and come right then, but anything after that he will ignore and not follow up on. He is nice in person, and his workers all did a great job, but I am now disappointed. He doesn't stand behind his work and not responding to people you are working for is disrespectful.
