PROS: - everything can be booked online…read more - FAST responses - no hidden fees - driver arrived within 5 minutes of us walking to the passenger pick up area at LAX even when it was super crowded at midnight and we were in terminal 5 - didn't have to walk/go to the Uber pick up area at LAX - clean SUV car with PLENTY of space for car seat, checked bags, golf clubs, etc. - proper car seat installed for our toddler - kind driver, professional and very helpful We did tip our driver cash & he was not expecting it. When you are arriving at midnight with a toddler the last thing you want to do is wait for a car or have someone show up unprepared! Tips: - emailed confirming REAR facing toddler seat for xxx lb toddler - texted the driver right when we landed - texted him when we had one of our 2 bags from baggage claim & let him know the door number - then texted immediately when we got the bag so the timing lined up perfectly Will be using this company again in the future!
