He told me that instead of implementing a customer loyalty program, he instead decided to offer low prices and excellent customer service. Both of these are true at this store. As the business has only been operating for three months, he's expressed willingness to carry products that regular customers want. I bought a couple of items that my wife likes, so that's a start.
