I had an awful experience at the café, where I was treated with unnecessary aggression and disrespect by the premise staff.
As a solo woman visiting the cafe, I used my laptop having tea and breakfast in a practically empty cafe. I was approached by one of the premise staff and spoken to in an aggressive and hostile way for using my laptop.
It's disheartening and shocking to encounter such poor customer service, especially in a community space that is supposed to be welcoming.
I will not be recommending this place to anyone in the local area, and I've shared my experience with other parents at my daughter's school in Southwick.
It's important for businesses, especially those positioned as community hubs, to be inclusive and respectful of all patrons. Treat others how you would want to be treated.
I hope the trustees take this feedback seriously, as the centre manager never even bothered to respond to my email regarding this matter. read more
