I started noticing the changes around month 4, so don't give up too soon! My muscle tone has deff increased too in my arms and I don't train them in the gym. I love the office I go to. Technically they're "men's health" but I had to go there over their women's clinic side because that's where they do lab work at and I wanted a hormone panel ran to check on my thyroid. The office is beautifully designed, and the lab staff is on it. Robin is amazing and is seriously the sweetest person ever. The rest of the staff Is no diff, they're all super professional but friendly and attentive to anything you need. I couldn't say enough good things about them!!! Love! And as for their men's therapy, my ex went there for lowT and ED and he loved it too! We both drove to Shiloh from STL (30 min) and it's worth it. But sounds like I won't need to do that soon as they are opening a clinic close to me in the City! I can't wait!!!!!

The aesthetics are unreal, the leather couches and decor are like a country club...This is definitely not a waiting room! And I didn't even wait! I gave my name to Robin, the sweet receptionist, and someone came and whisked me off to my private room. The room was a deep navy color, outfitted with a large, wall mounted tv, nestled amongst other pictures on the wall. A very cool masculine vibe. Even the lounger/exam chair was a deep brown shade. And very comfortable. I came for an IV treatment- see my pics for the plethora of options and customizations...there is definitely something for everyone. And, you can also add on pure oxygen to breathe in during your IV treatment. There are 2 sizes of bags - I chose the smaller one, as I was a virgin. I put on the Bravo channel and relaxed while my IV did it's magic. It was quick, painless, and easy! They really take care of you - checking in on you several times during your treatment and ensuring your comfort. I will definitely be back! Bravo to the savvy owners for bringing customizable IV therapy to the Midwest!

She also has had the technical skills, knowledge and equipment to resolve the device issues that I've experienced. She is a great listener who worked with me to assure that my devices are functioning properly before I left her office. Considering the complexity of hardware and software in modern devices, that's not an easy chore. Arranging a timely appointment to see Melissa has never been a problem. The Advanced Hearing Systems' office is being expanded and remodeled now to allow Melissa's (audiologist) daughter to work out of the same office. This should further improve the services that AHS can provide. I can highly recommend Melissa to anyone requiring audiologist services.

Susan who works as a phone receptionist for this office takes her job to personal to a level to argue with patients and hang up on them when the patients are expressing their concerns and Susan did not agree with them. This is not the first encounter I have had with Susan not liking my opinion and arguing back & hanging up on me. I called to fill my husband's diabetic medicine that I had put in a request for at our local pharmacy 2 days prior (hints: why I waited till today to go pick up also due to the holiday). I go to the pharmacy to see if it is ready. Only to be told our doctor's office has not approve it yet (our doctor's office will only fill scripts after 4pm each day) , so with that said another script request was put in from the pharmacy. I called the doctor's office to express this and SUSAN proceeds to comment "that this how we do things and sorry if you don't like it." "Also we just came back from a holiday." That is when I stated "yesterday would be the paper work from the holiday and which your office doesn't fill scripts till after 4pm so that means the holiday log should have already been worked."Not only did SUSAN express her rude tone of opinion back to me and hang up on me,but also continued to ignore 15 of my phone calls back to back. I then get a call from a non-registered number (while on hold with the office) and another lady who tells me "the phone systems are having issues" (which then means the office phones have had problems for 6weeks now also unprofessional) Mrs/Miss Susan is very unprofessional and rude as well as disrespectful to patients. I have not seen a doctor's office handle situations in such an ill unprofessional manner. I would not recommend this office to no one and I may be finding another doctor for my family of 7 since they are not for helping people and allowing their employees treat/talk to the patients and to ignore their patients. If Susan has acted and spoke to me this way just think how many others she has done this too and no one has spoke up.
