She also has had the technical skills, knowledge and equipment to resolve the device issues that I've experienced. She is a great listener who worked with me to assure that my devices are functioning properly before I left her office. Considering the complexity of hardware and software in modern devices, that's not an easy chore. Arranging a timely appointment to see Melissa has never been a problem. The Advanced Hearing Systems' office is being expanded and remodeled now to allow Melissa's (audiologist) daughter to work out of the same office. This should further improve the services that AHS can provide. I can highly recommend Melissa to anyone requiring audiologist services.

I have the pride model with the remote and Bluetooth capability. I have heard things I didn't even know about. The refrigerator chiming when ice/water is selected, the micro wave beeping when it is done, I can understand words of songs which I was truly missing, but the best thing is I can have a conversation with my wife, grand kids and friends.
