I would give zero starts if this were an option WARNING LONG REVIEW BUT WORTH IT:…read moreDO NOT GO TO JUSTIN IN TIME CUSTOM LLC. I cannot recommend Justin and his crew. They are a bunch of sloppy, destructive unprofessional bunch of people. I was told the job would be a 4-5 day job tops. They started on may 10 and I was finally rid of them by may 27. Most of the days worked were not full days or wouldn't show at all. I paid half down after he came out to give me an estimate. I also already had all the material to complete the job (tile, shluter system, mud etc) due to my first contractor falling off the face of the earth. The first day someone demoed and was here for 2 hrs. They also ripped up trim off the wrong wall and destroyed the paint on 2 of my walls. No one came out for 3 days and then when they would come out they would work a couple hours or a half day due to a skeleton crew and having 1 tiler. The tile had been messed up and was completely uneven(see pictures) and I asked Justin to come out and explain to me how this would be fixed in a calm manner. He said the tiler would be out the next day to have it fixed. I also told him that I had family members that were contractors and I sent pictures to ask if the job was acceptable as it clearly wasn't. He was instantly dismissive and saying how he did not frame the house and how since I was "on a budget" they couldn't do "the necessary prep work" and accused me of saying how I knew more about frame work than he did when all I asked was for him to explain how the tile would be salvaged as it was already mudded to the walls. I also never informed him I was on a "budget" as I wasn't. He said he would come out to see the shower and explain to me the next day our plan of action. The tile wasn't flush, too tight to put grout in to waterproof, not level/straight or even, and there were even pieces that were cracked that were put up in the wall. Justin did come out and expressed that they would pay for all new material and he himself would come out next week to complete the job correctly. Tuesday comes around 5/31 and I was informed demo guy wouldn't come out til Wednesday. Demo guy came out and actually messed up more of my dry wall. Thursday Justin was suppose to come out and hang dry wall but sent a crew out to clean more. Friday morning he messaged me that the guy who originally tiled and dry walled my shower incorrectly was coming out to dry wall. I told him no and my expectation was that he would be completing the job. (See text messages). He told me that I can just keep my money (I paid him $2,000 up front) and that he didn't want "any extra bullshit because he hasn't slept". I tried to have a conversation with him via text and asked that he call instead. I ended up having to call him and I asked if he was coming out today which he responded he was in another town. I told him that I didn't want his company doing my shower anymore as they continued to yank me around, not complete the job, as well as give me excuse after excuse. I asked if he had picked up the tile and supplies that he was suppose to pay for and me told me no. I ask him to give me the $2,000 back that I already paid him and he told me no and so I said we would go to small claims court and in that announcement he said "that won't be good for you if you do". You can look below for pictures of the work they tried to sell to me but I want to warn everyone of this sloppy business Justin Ralls and his men are going around taking advantage of other people

I received three estimates for my driveway to be recoated and though Lazer Perfect was the highest…read moreestimate I went with them because of the good reviews. Included in my estimate was " Clean loose gravel and dirt from the entire pavement area to be sealed with brooms and power blowers" There was only one area in my driveway where there was lose gravel so I expected this would be taken care of. It wasn't. They ended the sealant at the gravel and it looks pretty bad. I called about this and was told the foreman had a family emergency and they would get back with me and "we want all of our customers to be happy with our work". I paid and waited for them to get back with me but they didn't. I guess I shouldn't have paid until my driveway was fixed I will have a different company fix this area when I have it recoated again. I gave three stars only because the woman in the office who talked with me on a few occasions was very nice and good hearted.

I asked for and was given an estimate by James (Business Owner) to replace our furnace and air…read moreconditioner. The price was within our budget for equipment I like, Rheem. It comes with a 10 year parts, 1 year labor warranty. The day of installation, James and his employee arrived as promised and removed my old equipment and installed the new. The installation required replacement of some copper lines and pvc run under the house as well as some fabrication of sheet metal. They worked steadily and methodically. They probably could have finished sooner if I didn't ask questions, however, James had told me previously that it would be about 5 hours. That proved to be very accurate to within just a couple of minutes. Everything was done well. I paid particular attention to the soldering of the copper lines and the bending/alignment of same. I haven't seen or done it better. Job was finished, new thermostat installed and system tested. Work area cleaned and everything hauled away. Now it's only been a day, but having watched the installation and having confidence in the brand, I have questions as to the quality of work or the brand. I feel we were treated well, treated fairly and recommend Show-Me Heating and Cooling in Springfield, MO (there are others) without hesitation.
