Dozens of unanswered phone calls, unhelpful text messages, and upset emails later, and it is now February 6th 2026 and we still have not any any roof repair done, nor a CONFIRMED date set to have the work done. We were told more than once that we were a priority, a team member came to our home to do rudimentary patchwork on an exterior wall and clean up the storm damage... that's it. Birds are nesting in the holes of our home. More damage is being done as time goes on, as exposed materials get damaged from water and exposure. Regret ever deciding to work with this company.

They quoted me for the spots on the drip edge. They wanted to replace so they still didn't replace all of the drip edge they replaced my gutters, left pieces of my gutters behind in the yard had to come back out and get it. They didn't sweep the yard with a magnet to clean up any of the nails and screws. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. Took forever to responds to my emails. I have to send multiple emails to get a response, awful experience for using them two years in a row, never will use them again. Complete rush job Need to improve on customer service as well as providing quality services

Went in to the store to see the color selections, and came home with some swag! (Hats, coffee cups) It was a week or two after the shingles were delivered that they started working on the roof. I can't remember the job supervisor name but he did a great job keeping his guys in line (when someone spouted a curse word while I was outside checking their progress), as well as encouraging them on good work. They cleaned up around the house every day before they left which is so nice! They sub out the gutter work (highly recommend the 6" ones!) and they did a great job too. The price quoted was in between the two other companies. Not to high, not to low. I chose to go with them however based on Phil's professionalism during the process. He didn't come across as 'used car salesman' slick or condescending like the other two guys who provided quotes. He was patient while I asked questions and clear when he explained the pros and cons of different material types. His guys showed up and stayed on until the job was completed which was greatly appreciated. Nobody took a four hour lunch break which you kind of expect when hiring contractors They cleaned up after themselves, and ran magnets around the exterior of the house to collect loose nails when they were done. This was a concern for me as I do have dogs and wouldn't want them getting hurt stepping on them. They got most of them and I was able to run a rolling magnet I picked up from Lowe's to get the rest. The new roof looks great and we are very happy with the results.

They also sent someone out to do a temp patch so we would not get any water damage during our 2 month wait . When they arrived there were about 14 men that showed up to do the job. Couldn't believe how each guy had a certain job to do and they did it like a well oiled machine. Laid down tarps all around the house and on deck to catch the old shingles. Rolled the yarn afterwards with magnet to pick up nails. We only found 4 nails afterwards and they were in a flower bed which BTW they took great care not to damage our landscaping. Never heard a cuss word or any arguing amongst themselves. Got the job done in one day. We chose this company because of a high recommendation from a friend they had the same experience as we did. They worked great with our insurance company. You want the job done right give them a call. This project was done in June of 2019

Failed to replace it and the result is loose siding that I had to have repaired. Teague absolutely refused to replace the j channel claiming it "probably" wasn't there in the first place!! The crew at the time left empty Corona beer bottles inside my roof, found them in the attic later. Avoid this company or be prepared to pay for your own repairs later on.
