I have never had trouble like I have with this outfit. I've never heard excuses like what they have given me. Who has that many wrecks, broken bones, or people that couldn't find addresses?? Took six weeks for them to ever show up, and when they did, they did nothing but drop off concrete and break my crawl space door and some plumbing. One guy lied about working one day when he was never here and then tried to steal money from me by saying his boss said it was ok to ask me for a draw. The one day they did work, they poured 23" wide footings when my crawl space is 22" wide. I'm currently fighting to get my $1,550 deposit back. Liars and thieves is all they are. read more

if i could give this company negative stars i would. we contracted work with this company back in june 2017 gave them a deposit check up front to order the supplies needed for our repairs. the only thing we have gotten are lies and the run around! we have called and texted numerous times and there story always changes. we are now seeking to get our deposit back for services not started let alone completed. please do not use this company. they are liars and will steal your money. if anyone else has had problems with them i urge you to contact the better business bureau in springfield and the attorney general. thank you for your time. read more

I paid him in full for the jobs he bid me and by the end I received a bill from Meeks because he did not pay for all of the material and stuck me with that bill even though I had already paid him for the material he just kept the cash instead of paying for all of the material. Along with that as soon as I noticed what he did I told him I was not going to pay anything extra, and that he just needed to finish what jobs I had already paid him in full for, but instead he just packed up and left not even starting the jobs I had already paid him for totaling $2845. As it turns out this is how he operates. I found him on Missouri case net after he robbed me and found out he is currently pending felony charges for possession of stolen property so this is just how he operates I guess. You can find him on Missouri case net case number 16LW-CR01741-01 for that pending charge. Do not use the contractor as he will rob you!!!

After three weeks passed with no communication, I called and they said Renee would call back and set up a visit. No call, she said she showed up and building would not fit. Said I would have to pay an additional $1300 to have it built on site. Again, same size building as delivered by them 6 years ago, but can not deliver today??!! Renee was the most hateful person to speak to. I responded to her that I may need to order a different building or go to a different company ... she quickly said "Fine, I have cancelled the order" - what a great way to keep business coming. I was a return customer who will never recommend or use Robb's again due to the attitude and NON-helpfulness of Renee (one of the owners). What a joke! Gave one star since could not select zero!

This is a family run business. This husband and wife team are the most kind, helpful and hard working business owners I have yet to meet. They went above and beyond for us in an effort to make us happy from specially selecting our marble and making sure we approved of the selection to following up with us post-install to see if there was anything we needed and to check our satisfaction. We installed Carrera marble kitchen counter tops and they are the star of our entire remodeled house. They are beyond gorgeous. The workmanship, love, care and timely fashion in which they were installed is remarkable. I can't say enough great things about this company. Look no further. They will not disappoint.
