It felt like a racket and I regret not making a review at the time. Now two years later I received this heartless text message from them. I guess this is the kind of caring service you can expect. A message stating "We are all concerned about the spread of coronavirus, so we ask patients with any symptoms to stay home. Please be safe." or anything other than this all caps crap would have been fine but this just felt gross.

I asked to be placed on their waiting list (the threat of colon cancer is worrisome), and was called within the week to have my colonoscopy performed three weeks earlier than scheduled. Although the facility is understaffed now due to COVID related changes, each member of the team has cheerfully taken on higher demands without compromising their quality of care. The entire team, from intake to discharge, was fabulous. Dr. Chaudhuri, or Dr. Pakhi as she is called, has been the most wonderful doc we've had for our…read morekids. While I knew it then, I'm realizing it even more now as I've moved and I'm looking for a new doc for our three kids. Pakhi has set the bar very high and now all these other offices fall terribly short. She's incredibly knowledgable, kind, and on her game. She is up to speed on the lasted research or holds off on firm opinions until she's checked around. Additionally, she knows her way around a slew of alternative options and knows how and when to use them. She's there when you need her and goes the extra mile, or the virtual 200+ as the case may be. When we were concerned that our toddler was having seizures in the middle of the night I was able to send her videos that she promptly sent to pediatric neurologists across the state, who she then called, so that we'd know what to do. All three of our kids have had their own set of issues and she's stuck it out with creative solutions for each of them. Additionally, they simply love her. My 2 year old, just last week, was pulling out his play doctor's kit (that he claims Pakhi gave him), and somehow speaks affectionately about how she gave him his medicine (while holding the shot in his hand). Ok, and her staff? I think I would call up Kodie at the front desk just to chat with her on the phone. They are amazing, kind, warm, on their game, and thorough. In short, they rock. On top of it, she hosts a book exchange in her office, bring in a book, take out a book. Fabulous. AND she has an osteopath come in (I think once a month) to offer low cost treatments to kids. To top it all off she's at the forefront of green doctors. Her practice was featured in Medical Economics Dec 2008 for her green practices. I felt like the doctor was very condescending towards my partner and I. She kept harping about juice above anything else. I occasionally ( like once a week) give my child less than an ounce of watered down organic juice. I don't think this has anything to do with any of the issues we're having. We paid extra for the shonishin treatment which lasted all of 15 seconds. Whatever it was that the doctor did, made things so much worse. We went from having some naptime to nearly none and night time got infinitely worse. Ever since, she screams bloody murder for every naptime and bedtime! At least we got a little sleep before! Now we're getting virtually none! I am beyond upset! As a side note, I was very off-put by the way the doctor was dressed when we came in. A pediatrician should note be wearing knee high boots and a mini skirt. Highly inappropriate!

I have a complex chronic medical history, and after explaining everything out, I was LAUGHED AT when I inquired about an MRI. The nurse said with a condescending tone, "Honey, even people who actually NEED an MRI can't get one. That's not going to happen." I will never forget that. I have been in pain for years. I left that appointment in tears. Just wanted to say that since then, I found a genuine, compassionate, competant doctor elsewhere (Mercy), who listens to her patients and sees the big picture, to very willingly order an MRI for me which they did the extra work to make sure it was approved by my insurance. The MRI showed findings that indicate I have a chronic inflammatory disease and need surgery. Thanks to the team at Southwest Women's for completely dismissing my experience I lived in pain EVERY DAY for 2.5 extra years before getting an answer and a path forward. Women deserve better. Please educate yourselves properly on endometriosis.

Both of them are wonderful people and they care about each individual of every family they treat. These are truly caring medical people and each time we visit, we dont feel like just a number but part of a bigger family. The have their own pharmacy in house where you can buy discount perscriptions. All of the staff is very welcoming as well. They have a unique inexpensive flat fee per month per person with family discounts versus typical insurance which they dont accept. We HIGHLY recommend this medical practice.
