What a fabulous store! From the moment you walk in and hear their signature greeting, "Hello…read moreFriends," you know you're in for a great experience. The staff are wonderful, Justin, Preben, and Anthony, who are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping customers find exactly what they need. The quality of the furniture is outstanding. You truly get what you pay for. One of the things we appreciate most is the no-pressure sales approach. They are happy to answer questions, offer suggestions, and let you make decisions at your own pace. Another huge benefit is the ability to customize measurements on many pieces, so everything fits your space perfectly. We have purchased several pieces of both indoor and outdoor furniture and have been extremely pleased with every purchase. I highly recommend Country Home Furnishings to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional customer service, even if it's just to hear, "Hello Friends!"

Two years ago we purchased a sofa and chair from this store. We had looked at their furniture…read moreseveral months earlier at their previous store and were impressed by the owner and the quality. When they moved we had returned after deciding to get a sofa and chair to replace our sectional. We met with the owner and his stepson and learned that he was retiring. After looking at their furniture selection we decided on a style and proceeded. During our contacts we had been told that the manufacturer was in California and had been doing business with them for many years. The stepson took our order, which including the proper pieces for the chaise sofa, which he couldn't seem to figure out until I pointed them out. We received the furniture several weeks later and used it for less than two years before determining it was of such poor quality that we have to replace it. When the store was contacted we learned the owner had retired and further more that our furniture came from a different manufacturer that they had stopped doing business with near to when our order was placed. The stepson advised that they could do nothing to resolve the issue and I would have to deal with the manufacturer. I pointed out that I didn't do business with the manufacturer but with them based on the reputation of the owner and the quality seen and represented to us. I asked for a full refund on the furniture and received no reply. The furniture has been donated to charity and we are out several thousand$$$ and ended up buying the quality we thought we were getting from Bakers. It was also interesting that according to the paperwork there was a several week delay between receiving payment and the placing of the the order. FYI Also noted that the picture associated with "Preben the owner" in one of the responses to a comment is actually that of the stepson Justin.

If you're new to town or just starting your own place, it's a great spot to pick up basic furniture at good prices, especially if you don't mind a dent or a scratch here or there. The craftsman who came to see my furniture was obviously very knowledgeable, especially about antique furniture. He took photos and prepared an estimate that seemed reasonable to me (a far better option than replacing with quality bedroom furniture these days!). The furniture was picked up by their movers who were on time and also very polite, professional and tidy. Chris, the manager of Brett Interiors, was always available for questions about the service and a for a status of the job. Even at the height of the pandemic, he always provided a prompt response. My furniture was delivered yesterday by a different crew who were also right on time, professional, polite and did a great job moving and reassembling my kingsize 4 poster bed and other bedroom set pieces. The craftsmanship of the repairs to the antique chair and Captain's chest was superior as was the refinishing work. Definitely check out the Furniture Doctor for any job big or small. It's nice to have so many positive things to say about businesses in Tucson these days. And I cannot say enough about the work and employees here.

Working with Tomas, a gentle speaking, highly professional Owner/Mgr, we had to get some authentic Persian rugs restored, valued, cleaned and repaired. These were purchased in Asia and being hand-sewn, we needed a responsible, worthy business to ensure maximum care. Tomas meticulously identified all the discrepancies, tears and loss of fibers. ALL WERE RESTORED. Tomas delivered. Superb, if not industry standard, customer service, like nothing I've ever seen. We even went with one of their options to have velcro installed and wall mount one of our rugs. The rugs were filthy for being walked on for 50 years and in multiple homes throughout our military career.
