Their pricing was very fair and when the crew arrived to do the work they were friendly, polite and capable. The work was done well and they left the work areas neat and clean, no mess or debris left behind. Weeks later a heavy rain revealed some leakage behind a couple electrical receptacles I had thought were too much trouble to remove and hoped we could get away with not sealing the cracks behind them. When I called them back they were on it immediately and scheduled a follow-up visit to address the leaks. I was able to remove the electrical boxes to give them access and found another 4 feet of cracks besides. They arrived right on time, repaired both the hidden and the newfound cracks and did it all at no charge, even though it was no fault of theirs. I am truly impressed with the quality of their people and their work. I could not recommend High and Dry any more highly.

The concrete slab in my garage had cracked and started to sink significantly due to water erosion…read moreand compression. I gave Thrasher a call as I was concerned one day I would drive over it and the whole thing would just cave in. They showed up on time for the appointment and commenced to work. The job was finished in a timely manner, and the concrete slab was lifted, alleviating further concerns. A few things to note, the cracks were filled in with a putty of some type and sanded over it. The cracks are still super visible, so if you're expecting a new concrete looking slab that's not going to happen. The other thing is that the guy who did the initial inspection said it could be driven over fifteen minutes after the concrete was lifted, which may be the case as the foam sets pretty quickly, but the guys who did the work said not to drive over the foam sealing the cracks for 24 hours. Again not a big deal but something to note. There were several drill holes that I noticed later were not filled in, and one section of cracked concrete that they filled most of the way across and then didn't finish the last few inches. Again not a big deal unless like me you have OCD and just think it sucks they didn't finish the job completely as it looks bad. I would highly recommend going over their work before letting them drive away to make sure they didn't miss filling any holes or cracks. So the end result is the work was costly, and could use some fishing up. Did it meet all my expectations, not entirely, however I believe my biggest concern which was the structural issue under the garage floor has been resolved so I am sleeping better at night.

What started as a project to reinforce three beams and encapsulate the crawl space under my house turned into something much bigger. By the time everything was said and done, they had replaced and/or reinforced 13 beams, repaired two holes in my foundation, and tackled some incredibly difficult working conditions, including crawling under my house with less than 10 inches of clearance between the beams and the dirt! Jared, my salesman, was incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Jaeden, the foreman, and Gavin, the co-foreman, were outstanding. As additional problems were discovered, Jaeden kept me updated throughout the day. I never felt like I was being left in the dark or pressured into making decisions. Every issue was explained clearly, solutions were presented, and they took the time to walk me through my options so I understood exactly what was happening and why. What impressed me most was the communication, professionalism, and willingness of this crew to tackle a job that became far more complicated than anyone originally anticipated. I cannot say enough good things about them. The sales experience was another matter entirely. My sales rep was unresponsive to me for weeks while answering my partner immediately, and his own manager acknowledged this was unacceptable. I was referred to an unlicensed plumber to fulfill a contractual requirement. I was told my foundation was so bad I should consider selling my home. Critical information about the scope of work was withheld from me. I ended up in the ER from the stress of this mismanagement before the work even started. I have open complaints with the BBB and the Missouri Attorney General's office. If you work with this company, ask to speak with the installation team directly. And get everything in writing from sales before you sign anything.
