Quinton also personally attended my closing to make sure everything was recorded correctly and buyer and seller both felt comfortable about the transaction. It's nice to finally see someone with old school technique by showing a little curtesy and taking care of the customer. Good job Quinton!! I will definitely do more business with this guy.

UPDATE! Wow!…read more After going over my review with Rene and Kathy, they have totally delivered! They reached out to me after seeing my review and wanting to chat a bit more about my concerns. They took my criticism and feedback as an opportunity to improve. Which they have. + There have been little to no issues surrounding my works business deposits; at least the times I've taken them to the bank. I don't know if our math skills improved or if there's did, but whatever gets the job done! + They escalated the concern about listing a full account number on the back of a mobile deposit and were actually able to get the policy, not only reviewed, but changed! Truncated account numbers on mobile deposits it is! Awesome! + The issues surrounding using debit card pin numbers def seems to have worked it's self out over the past few months. I can't come up with one instance of my card being declined for lack of pin number usage in the past few months. Hooray! Not to mention they have reached out to me with follow up regarding the progress of these issues and other options to limit problems in the future. I can safely say they have gone above and beyond to address the needs and concerns of one of their clients. Thanks guys! I'm happy to say I bank local, with High Plains Bank!

I have started the process of divorcing myself from USAA (due to sheer ineptitude after the theft…read moreof my wallet) and opened accounts with Chase Bank today. I was very leery of the terrible google reviews for all Chase Bank branch locations within Colorado Springs. I did not want to get more hassles from this bank, after what I just went through with USAA. On a whim, I looked at the Castle Rock locations. There were 2 of them. The older location had the terrible reviews like the C Springs locations, but the newer location by the outlet malls had 1 review that was 5 out of 5 stars. Three people were mentioned by name in the review as being very helpful (Todd, Johnny, and Connie). Hmm, I decided I could drive up there and open the accounts. I called last Thursday to schedule an appointment, hoping to meet on Sat morning since I work during the week. The three people were not working on Sat. So, I decided to wait until Mon morning and take some time off work to do this. My meeting with Todd was set up for 9 am. I received a call back from Todd later that day, and he suggested that we meet at the Chase location on Baptist in Monument, so that I didn't have to drive to Castle Rock. Todd also lives in Monument. Todd talked to his manager Connie, and she approved the plan. Today was the appointment. Todd greeted me at the door, and we went into the bank. Todd talked briefly with the manager, who told him to use his desk. Todd went through the checklist of opening the accounts, and in the end everything was set up perfectly. A++ customer service !!! Thanks, Todd !! On a side note, the manager of the Baptist branch never came over to check on us, or to introduce himself to me. I believe they were short-staffed today, but I figured he/she could come over and say hi for just a minute. SO, if you are thinking about switching banks to have the instant text alerts for all your credit/debit cards, call the new Castle Rock branch and set up an appointment with Todd, Johnny, or Connie. These are the 3 individuals who had the great review before my dealings, and if Johnny and Connie are even half as customer-oriented as Todd was, they have probably the best Chase branch in the state.
