My husband and I made the financial commitment to sign up for Cash Flow Coaching with Julia and Kara, and while the initial stick price left me questioning, I can say it's the best money we've spent since being married. Art of Finance gave my husband and I a shared language and sense of ownership over our budget and money. They helped to prompt questions and discussions on what we wanted OUR lifestyle and money goals to be as a newly married couple. Because of cashflow coaching, my husband (the nerdy spreadsheets guy) learned to let go of full control of our finances and we were able to work together as a better as a result. And me (the fun person who hates spreadsheets) has learned to take an ownership piece in our finances and use a budgeting software that makes us both feel informed on our money decisions. Regardless of if you're single, newly married, or have been married for years, I would HIGHLY recommend joining up with Art of Finance and making the commitment to get your budget right and stop stressing about your money. This is one of the most unprofessional, deceptive, and outright predatory finance companies I have ever dealt with. They are supposed to finance equipment like trucks, but their incompetence and aggressive tactics have caused me nothing but financial damage and stress. I signed a new contract with them for a truck. From day one, they started charging the wrong account. When I contacted them to correct it, they finally updated the account but then pulled money on the wrong day and for the wrong amount. This wasn't a small error -- it completely disrupted my banking. When I tried to get answers, I was met with incredibly rude and threatening communication from Leslie Brown (CEO/Managing Member). She completely ignored my legitimate questions about their multiple mistakes and instead only threatened me with Collections and property repossession. Zero accountability. It was clear their only goal was intimidation. I then spoke with Katie Beachy (Senior Sales Manager) about the errors in the payment amount and date. Her response? Practically nothing. She eventually admitted "they made a mistake" but provided no real resolution or follow-up. Once I asked them to switch all communication to email for a proper paper trail, the communication completely stopped. That told me everything I needed to know -- they are actively trying to hide their criminal-level incompetence and shady practices. Legitimate companies have no problem documenting conversations in writing. Because of Mak Global's screw-ups, my bank rejected a future payment since it didn't match the incorrect amount they had previously withdrawn. This has damaged my banking relationship and caused overdraft fees and headaches that are 100% their fault. Mak Global Corporation is a textbook example of a company that preys on customers with poor customer service, repeated billing errors, threats instead of solutions, and a clear unwillingness to communicate transparently. They should not be trusted with anyone's financing. Stay far away -- find a real bank or a reputable lender instead. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with these people.

I called Traci's number and Jennifer, her Admin, called me within days, walked me through Traci's process, answered my questions, and was even able to give me a quote based on some worst-case scenarios since she was doing both private and business taxes. Jennifer was warm and professional and was willing to answer all the questions I had through email and the phone. I provided the documents she asked for, answered a few clarifying questions, within a few weeks, I had the summary of my tax return in the secured documents server. We reviewed all the information, digitally signed and we had our return within 10 days. This was an amazing experience, even more so when you consider that we were last-minute clients with corporate taxes closer to the deadline than we were comfortable with. I will be hiring her again next year!

    Update and response to Ms. Taubert's 1/19/22 reply to my review:…read more Please review your QuickBooks records for invoice# 1613 (dated and emailed to me on 5/19/21) which will clearly show your statement of "Returns are not invoiced to clients until they are in draft form (meaning they are complete and ready for the client's final review)." is not factual.  Not only did your system invoice me before my return was prepared, "draft form" or otherwise, it did so for $100 more than your original quote, which I brought to your attention via email that same day, and you manually corrected back to the original price at which point I was invoiced yet again! As stated in my initial post, I was never presented with any version of my personal return to review, even though I had supplied you with all requested documents well in advance, yet your system continued to invoice me. I will gladly forward you the invoice notices in question if you are unable to locate them in your system with the number I have now provided. Honestly, the invoice issue was the least of my concerns compared to filing a last-minute unplanned extension with the IRS as stated in my original post.

I typically visit the Cedar Park location. Easy to get to with enough parking. Did you know they have a loose change machine? Yeah! No fee for members. So when you want to cash in that big jar of coins, RBFCU has your back. The offer notary services and the other things you usually find at a bank. I've tried a lot of banks and credit unions and so far they are the best.

    On 4/17/2026, $2980.00 was stolen from my RBFCU account. Even though RBFCU says they provide NCUA…read moreinsurance, they have denied reimbursement. They have said the facts show I clicked "ALLOW" to approve the transaction on a text they sent me. This is NOT TRUE. I never even saw the texts as I was in deep conversation with "their fraud dept representative". They want me to believe someone could have called me from their number but they won't believe that the same someone could have hacked and taken over my phone! My facts are that I received a text from RBFCU followed by a call from their phone # 210-945-3300 (the same # they alway and continuously call me from). Their rep proceeded to guide me to make transactions geared toward stopping and preventing the continued fraud being attempted on my account. When I immediately tried to call RBFCU fraud dept to verify I was talking to them, my hold time was 58 min/58 sec. They finally called me back 1 1/2 hours later from the same # 210-945-3300 they have always and continue to call me from. These facts lead me to believe it was RBFCU who stole my money! This bank in which I've been a member for 14 years has accused me of being complicit in a crime. I have all my money with these people. I have had car loans, home equity loans, cds, money market accounts, checking and saving accounts. I have excellent credit including a well above average credit score. But they are insinuations that I am a thief. They used to be an excellent company but no more. Please stay far away if you want your money to be safe!
