I arrived a little early, so that I could browse their gift shop items. Then, was escorted to a quiet room where I was greeted by my Esthetician, Julie. Honestly, from beginning to end , I have never felt so pampered! This was the hydra facial and I consider it my favorite so far. I like the rapport with my professional and the fact that she explained each step of the procedure in terms that I understood. I felt very comfortable asking questions along the way as well. A few things I wish were a bit different, I would have loved to have a cold towel for after my session. Nothing is worse than sweating profusely for 40 minutes then trying to shove yourself into jeans, doesn't work too nicely. Also, it would have been great to have somewhat of a "relax room" to chill out in for a bit before heading out, with fresh water or something. Prior to the massage, she asked what areas I wanted to focus on and the pressure I was comfortable with. The 30 minute session was very relaxing and seemed to fly by.
