Not only do they have delicious coffee, other drinks, pastries, and ice cream, but there is also so many adorable items for sale. This place is a must stop when I visit this area. The staff always has their southern hospitality and charm on. Need a quick gift? Stop here!

Small town coffee shop with big town flair. A wonderful place for the whole family to just hang out and enjoy a day. I was super excited to visit during their Harry Potter event, and so pleased that they were so packed. I wasn't excited that no one there besides my party was wearing a mask, but we chose to sit by ourselves and away from everything. They also have a lot of items for sale that would make great gifts!

This place is pure AH-MAZING! This coffee shop is probably the best thing that ever happened to our county hands down. In my travels I have tried to mimic my favorite coffee I get here and NOTHING comes close. More sugar free options than any coffee place I've ever been. The atmosphere is so inviting. The staff and owners are amazing! This is our family's "happy place." We are here several times per week. Full of amazing local art and pottery. If you are traveling through our community, this place is a MUST-STOP. Come by and enjoy the best coffee you've ever had and support our local artists.

My wife and I discovered this obscure gem during our Memorial Day outing. Overall, the town was uninspiring with a few exceptions, Southern Turnings being one of them. We had the chicken salad croissant and milkshakes and browsed their collection of local arts and crafts. The staff was friendly and the environment was new, tasteful and clean. Owner was onsite and greeted us to boot. I recommend for anyone searching for a coffee, espresso, ice cream or dessert in the remote outpost of Wiggins.

    Amazing, right?

Let's be honest, it is full of a bunch of cute stuff that no one really "needs" but when you're out taking in the little city of BSL, you just find yourself buying it. I was killing time on Saturday and dropped in and got a couple of fun gifts for the different birthdays and holidays approaching. I did LOVE the many different and affordable nativity sets they had. I would have purchased one had been able to get a little closer (ppl were blocking the area). The store is VERY crammed with stuff and displays, so when there are large groups of women doing girls weekend and bachelorette parties, it can get a bit overwhelming. (Such was the case on Saturday - these women weren't budging and i had to actually climb under one's purse to get around them without knocking down a display.) No fault of the store... But the displays are everywhere! Every time I looked back at one, I felt like something else had popped up on it! The employee at the counter was super friendly and personable, she made everyone feel like they had been friends for years. Can't go wrong with staff like her! They gift wrap too, but I opted not to go that route. I look forward to returning next time I'm in the area to see what seasonal items they have.

I walked in, verbally and physically acknowledged the 2 shopkeepers, one who had the most cold look on her face, very unfriendly and looked at me in a suspicious manner. No smile. Never stopped looking at me until I walked away to the left of the store. She wasn't doing any task. She just stood, looking at me. The other lady, the same, but at least said hello. The one lady followed me through the entire perimeter of the store. Not once did she ask me, "Can I help you?" Not once did she say, "Are you looking for anything in particular?" If she had, I would have told her exactly what I was looking for. This, by the way, is the PROPER way to surveil your store to keep an eye on your customers. Not follow them around very apparently; that makes a very rude statement (non-verbal, of course) that says: I'm watching you. I've singled out you. It's inappropriate, it's not the correct and mannerly form to prevent shoplifting. I will never be back and I won't ever forget how u made me feel. Whether you purposefully wanted to make someone feel bad today, I will never know. But u did. Put up cameras visibly. Put up the large round mirrors. And yes, keep walking around your store. But talk to your customer. Ask them while they are in the store shopping if you can help them. Ask what they are looking for. Treat everyone the SAME or treat them like you care. Or pretend to.
