My husband called to speak with the manager to ask for a partial refund due to the poor ascetic and workmanship of the arrangement. However the manager who made the basket herself refused to accept that we were telling her that the arrangement was inadequate. My husband gave specific instructions for the delivery driver when ordering which wasn't followed. When the arrangement was delivered the delivery person left our gate wide open. This is a farm. We have free roaming animals and it is clearly marked on the gate that it needs to be shut. The delivery person is the managers mother. It's clear that Morgan on the main does not want to take any responsibility for their own mistakes. Choose wisely when picking a florist. I'll attach pictures of the arrangement in the same condition that it arrived in. The manager wanted to argue and deny that it was even in this condition. Even stating that we had done something to them to make them look in such a way. I personally took the card out to see who they were from. We have no reason to fabricate a story about a flower arrangement. There were 4 of us present when this arrangement arrived and I can assure you that no one has touched it. We certainly didn't take flowers from it and the back of the arrangement is completely bare. "She simply could have acknowledged our concerns" by asking us to bring the arrangement in or by offering to rearrange them or by compensating us in some manner. Every buisness has an off day however proper business etiquette is important. We will not be utilizing them as a "service" provider any longer. Quote: "Customer care that's beyond compare." It's obvious via the pictures we provided that their workmanship lacks as they didn't even fill the basket with flowers properly and they left it looking like a hot mess. We are more than happy when the service provider actually meets the standards they are selling. Please do better. It's easier to keep a customer than it is to get new ones. Simple courtesy goes along way. Only your buisness didn't even bother. Consumer beware. Compare arrangements as you will not necessarily be getting what you see online and by all means avoid getting designers choice as this was one of her choice arrangements. Morgan on the Main.
