I gave my honest opinion: Positive: -Beautiful interior with a lot of space for diners -Delicious foods with big proportions -Plenty of parking in a lit plaza Negative: -VERY slow service -Not greeted -No smile -Not very friendly Restaurant opens at 11:30 AM. I got there at 1 PM with my Aunt and there was nobody there. I went to the other side of the restaurant lingering and wondering if we should just go find our seat or stand there. There was another couple that was seated already. A server finally came out to deliver foods, don't even acknowledge us, and after putting her foods down, walked away. I had to stop her and asked if we seat ourselves. No hello, welcome, or anything. She didn't smile and only gestured something and walked away. We were confused and walked back to the other side where a man was at the register finally. We asked him the same thing and he went to go get the server lady. She finally took us to our booth. Again, didn't ask us if it's our first time, if we had any questions, nothing. The didn't let the lack of enthusiasm deter my mood because I am there to try out the foods. It took forever for the server to come back to get our order. Foods did arrived in a reasonable amount of time, big proportions, and everything tasted as good as it looks. Took us 2 hours from beginning to end dining there even though there were only 3 couples eating there, including us, during lunch on a Wednesday. That's how slow service was. I can't even imagine how it'll be during a big crowd on weekend nights. The prices were on the same level as Delbar and Rumi's. However, the other restaurants has top notch service. The service here acts as if we're doing them a favor by paying them for the foods. I will probably not come here again even though it's close to my area. If it still stands by next year, I will probably give them another chance.

Even after reviewing the menu online, the counter-ordering process can feel a bit overwhelming on your first visit, especially since the menu boards don't line up exactly with what's shown online. No worries, though--the staff is very helpful and happy to guide you through their many great options. My tablemates all enjoyed their selections, and I was very pleased with my Gyro Melt Combo. One thing that really stood out to me was how closely my meal matched the online promo photo--always a nice surprise. While I didn't try any desserts, the cakes and sweet treats on display definitely made me second-guess that decision. Looks like I have a good reason to come back.

From the makers who brought you Marietta Diner comes Yeero Village…read more It's a different style of restaurant compared to that of their predecessors that have become Atlanta staples (Cobb County). The ordering style is that of a fast food joint The service is that of your typical restaurant where they bring the food out to you. So the restaurant itself is very hybrid in terms of how they go about their business. This place is well lit, spacious, and homely yet corporate enough to pass as a franchise type joint. Seats roughly 90 people or so between 4 top tables and booths. It's clean, quaint, and with the traditional Greek soundtrack playing the background, they want you to sort of feel like you're looking at the Aegean Sea while a lyre is playing in the background... but really you're looking at Publix so they can only do so much. Let's go with the food... It's Yeero Village. So I had to try the traditional Greek style Gyro. There is something to be said for the attempt at authentic and it seems like they do it right here. The meat isn't the beef/lamb conglomerate we are all used to when we think "gyro". Here, for it to be authentically Greek, the meat is pork based, not beef based which is typical of the Americanized gyro, which is an interesting take. But rest assured, the gyro was flavorful!!! They married the flavors of the meat which was tender as all get out, the tzatziki sauce, and tomatoes all were balanced and intermingled well. And the pita was fluffy The salad was a bit disappointing. The romaine was shredded and you can't really get a good forkful. The dressing was tart. Too many tomatoes. And just three Kalamata olives??? Come on!!! I did opt for the Greek style potatoes which, I'm glad I did because they were cooked in a way that the flavors seemed to be infused into the potatoes which I was a big fan of! I also had to grab their rice pilaf. The rice was pillowy yet had an al dente texture to it that made each forkful all that more enjoyable! All in all, the folks who brought us Marietta Diner definitely had an idea and developed this place nicely! At $14.95 for a gyro combo with a side of your choice plus the aforementioned salad with tax and your choice for a tip, it's a good $16-$17 meal which is comparable to that of fast food or Panera just a few blocks down! Definitely recommend.

The host said it was to celebrate the spring season since they did a apres ski theme during the winter. So festive. Okay so boom, we came here on a whim since we were going to a concert in the area later that evening. Surprisingly it wasn't busy for a Saturday which I expected it to be. Unfortunately though they had upcoming reservations so we weren't able to sit in the main room. We sat in their second dining room which was off to the side but still decorated. Our service was still good and the waiter was very attentive. For apps, we got the She Crab soup. I would've preferred for the crab meat to be sprinkled on top vs. in the soup but nonetheless it was still delicious. Super fresh!! Omg. I even contemplated on switching my entree to the stuffed grouper to get some more crab meat. I ended up getting the Shrimp scampi which was a great choice. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint with the shrimp. 6 jumbo pieces. Omg. The entree was done pretty well and it was just the right portion size. If we had more time, I would've ordered their toffee bread pudding or the honey crème brulee but that's all the more reason to come back. Oh and order the It was all a dream cocktail. It tastes like vanilla. Done to perfection.

I was already eyeballing the Portobello burger and cowboy burger before he suggesed them. So, we chose those 2 along with the onion rings and spicy fried pickles. I didn't get the cooks name but she was great. We had to tell her she made that food RIGHTTTT. OMG, everything was delicious. Both burger was full of flavor and juicy. Now, I don't normally don't go for onion rings that's Misters thing. But when a tried one I kept trying them. The chipotle ranch sauce with it was the best. My spicy fried pickle was fried to perfection. I also got a beer. Brook suggested a few for me to try. I ended up getting the Bravazzi Liomonatta. Which is light and refreshing. Delicious!!! I also didn't get the other gentleman's name who made sure everything was good with our visit. Y'all the whole staff tonight was great. We left with a full happy stomach and the assurance that we WILL return. I think this will be our later night spot.
