I purposefully waited a few weeks before I wrote my review of EXIT REAL ESTATE PROPERTY SOLUTIONS…read morein order to accurately assess this company and the realtor who worked with me (Mr Brian Madsen). The reason for the "cool down period" was because this was one of the most stressful times of my life and I had to separate emotion from reason when making my assessment. The truth is, after speaking with others who have gone through this process with EXIT REALTY, I found that my experience was normal and even on the less stressful side of the coin. One thing that separated this company from others was the preparation they put in for all of the requested task. This could have been a much more stressful event had I gone with any competitor based on my previous experiences with other Realty Companies in the area, I know because I have already experienced it (Won't say the name but there aren't many of those around here, so you do the math), The realtor, Brian Madsen had excellent customer service skills and practically called me, text me or emailed me to update me on the sale of the property while I was out of town. He was available 24/7 the whole time to answer any questions and I tested him frequently due to the time zone difference. Brian, never got impatient with me and babied me through the process, despite my lack of understanding most of the time. When I couldn't get him on the phone immediately, his coworker Kim always stepped up and fielded the call to assist me. These two,(Brian and Kim) worked incessantly to make sure everything went smoothly. I wanted to review this company honestly and fairly and not base my assessment on the level of stress during this process. This process is supposed to be stressful to an extent. The truth is, I was surprised at how this company ( EXIT Realty Estate Property Solutions), handled the actual task at hand and also the customer service both at the same time. This company came through for me when I needed them the most. Bottom line----If you want a company that will go to war for you, and that knows how to treat you like an individual and not a prospective pay check, this is the company for you. Thank you Brian, Kim, and Exit Realty. I will forever be grateful.

My MD Realtor decided to help us find a reputable Realtor in Florida, since we were soon to be homeless. We took on Elite Realty Services as our property manager when we moved away from Florida. This…read moresaga has been an eye opening experience in dealing with an organization that doesn't work for you, the property owner, but rather seems to look on their management of your property as a public service to dead beat tenants. They don't look over your property to ensure its' upkeep, they don't ensure the tenants pay on time or in full, and they don't update you on the condition of your property, except when a tenant complains about an issue. Stay away from them if you value your property and your money!!

But what was more impressive was the diligence and expediency with which my situation was handled. She was helpful and honestly cared about helping my family and myself find a home that was appropriate for us. I have to say, she was a breath of fresh air and her demeanor was exactly what I would expect from a person with her level of responsibility. I later on met Carol the Realtor and was treated with the highest level of courtesy. Both of these ladies helped me make a home for my family while adhering to the owners budget. As an interior designer I can only say that they have the most talented maintenance man who takes personal pride in all of his work. Over all, I give this Service 5 stars. We appreciate everything that they have done for us and would not hesitate to refer them to our friends ,family and professional associates

I am about 4 months into my lease with PMI and it has been an absolutely amazing experience!!…read more Unfortunately, most people reading this will have had one or more negative experiences whilst renting a property and just know that is not something you will deal with if you choose PMI. Typical renting experience = lack of communication, constantly being treated like a burden, collecting app $ even when they know they're going to decline you, slow resolutions to maintenance issues and the list goes on Unfortunately..... PMI renting experience = Holly is always there almost on demand for anything I've ever needed, being treated like a human even when I needed an extra day to pay ( wasn't threatened with fees and eviction like most have experienced, instead I was treated with grace, a smile and a 1 time exception to help assist ) , no games with approvals, after many declines with other renters Holly did a deep dive into my entire history to see me as a human and not just 1 past hiccup on my credit, never have had an issue with any maintenance requests (tbh haven't even needed to call because everything was as its supposed to be upon move in) Sorry for the novel, but you all have no idea how much this has helped through extremely stressful times that I've endured. It's reassuring to know that my safe space for my family is in good hands with Holly and PMI. I hope for your sake that you all make the decision to be able to experience this vs the typical slum lord.
