No picture on the certificate and none taken. We paid 43.00 plus tip for shampoo and cut only. Yes, we tipped, rude not to. It was her first salon haircut. She is 7 years old and Autistic. Our granddaughter put her hands over her ears from the noise of so many kids crying and screaming. I received a call 30 mins prior to her appt from a hair dresser that ask could we come 40 mins later than our appt because they were running behind and if we came at the appointed time she would be waiting a while. We chose the time of day for her mood level. Very important with Austic children. I called back and spoke to the receptionist, she told me that they were overbooked but someone canceled so her appointment was fine. There is a lot of confusion at this location, your expectations may be high or based on the website hype to be disappointed for your child or grandchild. She looks sad and not smiling in the picture her mom took before they left. Stop by before you book, if you can find parking. Warned by the receptionist Liz about that as well.

Not sure why anyone would shave the hairline of a toddler up 2"... Saw some poor preteen 2 seats down en route to his very own helmet cut, too.
