I started texting with Don in March 2022. He explained they were behind but they would get to us... March and April went by and we still hadn't seen them. I sent a reminder text in May... he will get to us. In June, they came to visit our neighbor... but didn't come to us. I asked why we keep being put on the back burner... and he has now blocked my number. KEEP IN MIND-- WE HAVE USED THEM FOR 3 YEARS. We were dedicated customers. This is no way to treat someone and horrible customer service!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

After several emails, multiple phone calls, and numerous text messages to Don, the owner, my system was never turned back on (even after 2 promised appointments that he never showed for). He promised me a refund for spring startup. That was 2-1/2 months ago. Still no refund. I had to call another company to restart my system. He requested my Venmo info for a refund. That was on May 27, 2022. Still no refund. I've called but I'm sent to voice mail. It's June 23, 2022 and still no refund. I am beyond frustrated (as you can see from my rant). If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
