Once we decided to replace the system he helped us make several decisions based on our current issues of hot & cold rooms that were never very comfortable. One wanted to replace the entire unit, the other wanted to replace a bypass valve and add another duct and vent in the attic. NEITHER of these 'guesses' were accurate! Armor came in and did some trouble shooting. Instead of trying to throw parts at it, the investigated and found the problem. I am sooo grateful for Armor and the great job they did. This literally saved me thousands! The problem was a manual valve that had moved to the closed position over time and was not allowing the cool air upstairs. I almost trusted the wrong company.
